All over the civilised world the going strategy of law enforcers is becoming  MAXIMUM FORCE . This is intended to immediately intimidate offenders or would be offenders so as to  minimise chances of attacks on their personnel. Thank God that you have USELESS policemen as we have in Nigeria.
