He who has no sin should cast the first stone.

We are all guilty to what Naija has become - not only he that lots the treasury -

So many sins that can be counted against each person - so, lets talk and reason within us ourselves first before spoiling for war.

I am not attacking you - ndem. I am only saying, something you cant start, dont preach it as a solution to our problems.

@Wills

Dont mind them.

They stay far away and preach fire and brimstone against Nigeria.

I say, when you wake up tomorrow, take a placard, try, as much as you can, to preach this message you are preaching, and see if the people you are trying to preach to wont be the ones to tear you into pieces for trying to preach what you are preaching.

Do you know that majority of the people in here on Nairaland are people who live outside Nigeria? So, my dear, if you want this thing you are saying to be heard- abeg, no be for here, na for Naija - carry placard tomorrow, find a strategic place, and see if the people themselves wont be the one to beat you - i.e. revolve your head round yah neck. Revolution ko - volutionre ni.

If you go to Nigeria - carry a placard, and try to draw people with this message of yours, if you are able to gather 20 people, you have tried, so - forget it.
Politics / Re: A Bloody Revolution Needed In Nigeria by labiyemmy(m): 10:00pm On Sep 30, 2010
Revolution leads to war - maimimg, killing, destruction, distress, calamity- thats what you are praying for?

I bow!

I think it is mere laziness to use the pages of the internet to preach what you know you cant start, neither able to start it. What about millions that will die? Do you live in Nigeria?
Politics / Re: A Bloody Revolution Needed In Nigeria by labiyemmy(m): 9:55pm On Sep 30, 2010
Start one - or keep quiet.

The poor people you tend to speak for dont read Nairaland - go to the street and mobilise them.

Other countries started revolutions - not by mouth or on the pages of the internet. It is hypocrisy if you say we need a revolution and you cant start one. Start one and see who and who will follow, or else, you haven't found a solution yet.

So - its the government's fault for people going there to scramble?

What do you do in Nigeria that Nigerians dont scramble for?

Why are you talking as if you are not a Nigerian? Come on.

What for?

Even if she puts on rags - you will still have something bad to say about her just because of the in born hatred that you have for her - albeit without reason. The good news however is that she doesnt give a damn what u say about her - she doesnt even read what you write. hehehehe,

However - if that activity was in Nigeria - they will shout foul and cry what a waste.

even if they share the money - people will still say they are wasting money- so, what are the priorities in Nigeria? Noone is able to say and outline how to go about it- just using the pages of the internet to vent anger, on who?
Politics / Is It True Some People Will Be Out Of Business If Things Are Done Right In Naija by labiyemmy(m): 8:47pm On Sep 29, 2010
Yea? Is this not true? Most online newspapers will have less followership??

Most critics will be very unknown and many more.

Is this true?
Politics / Re: FG Launches N50 Commemorative Note by labiyemmy(m): 6:36pm On Sep 29, 2010
ok - Failed republic.

Go to war- declare war - or start a revolution. NairaLand is not enough medium to make any effect - noone reads it.

Agreed - but NaiaraLand means nothing to most people - and repeating news from pages of newspapers makes no meaning - if you want effect- become a rebel, like in most countries - raise your voice, become known - but repeating already known issues for merely half baked comments from people doesn't achieve anything also/.
Politics / Re: FG Launches N50 Commemorative Note by labiyemmy(m): 6:32pm On Sep 29, 2010
share the money then.

Every country issues commemorative notes and stamps etc for keynote dates in their history - come on, so we shouldnt do this because you say so?
Politics / Re: FG Launches N50 Commemorative Note by labiyemmy(m): 6:27pm On Sep 29, 2010
Your aim is to discredit the government as usual, but go and interview majority of people on the road and you will see that their view diverge from what we read in here and want people to beleive -

Your concentration is on the cost- is it today we have been printing money in Nigeria?

Everything is cost this cost that- share the money instead then.

kabukabu:

Its called acting like a human being, ladej.
something a lot of nigerians have never quiet grasped, here in the west there are rules and regulations,in naija there are none , you could get harrassed/locked up and jailed for no reason.

Realy? There is a country in this world where there are no rules and regulations? Surprised? Is it there are no rules or people chose not to obey? Example, someone drives on the wrong side of the road, a policeman catches up with him and screams at him - who will you blame? Most people will blame the police, why, because they will say didnt he see the long queue of traffic. But can that ever happen in the West, nope, because they obey every rule and regulations in place. So, why blame the police for enforcing the law?
