A Police officer was seen in a new video which was uploaded harassing a black man in Illinois as he told him to go down on the ground and lick his own urine.

The Video went viral as the man who is identified as a Federal Safety investigator, Marcus Mosley was tased by the police man.

The police went further to allow his dog to come for Mosley even after he told him he did not urinate on the floor.
