Politics / Kaduna Assembly Seeks El-Rufai's Probe Over Alleged ₦423 Billion Fraud by ladididanlami(f): 4:41pm On Jun 05
The Kaduna State House of Assembly has urged security and anti-corruption agencies to commence the investigation and prosecution of the immediate-past governor of the State, Nasir El-Rufai, and some other indicted members of his cabinet over alleged N423bn fraud.

The resolution was sequel to the investigation of the ad-hoc committee set up by the House, led by the Hon. Henry Magaji Danjuma.

According to the report submitted by Hon. Danjuma on Wednesday, most of the loans obtained under former Governor el-Rufai-led administration were not used for their intended purposes, and in some cases, due processes were not followed in securing the loans.

Politics / Tinubu CSU Records: Group Alleges Plot To Undermine Case Discovery by ladididanlami(f): 7:21pm On Sep 26, 2023
The United Nigeria Group (TUNG) has raised the alarm that President Bola Tinubu is allegedly plotting with lobbyists to cause delays in the judgement relating to the discovery of his records at the Chicago State University (CSU) currently going on in the United States.

The group, in a press release signed by its National Coordinator, Dr Bright Emenena, said that the alert followed the intelligence of a meeting between the President and his cronies in Paris, the French capital.

The statement reads: “Bola Tinubu and a well-known Lebanese merchant based in France met in Paris and recruited a powerful Jewish American lawyer and a known political lobbyist in Washington DC as a consultant to lobby the appeal judge to delay the judgment scheduled to be delivered either this Friday or Monday next week or to their favour.

This meeting and approval was given last night in Paris at 10 pm Paris time.

“The payments are millions of dollars in cash and with crude oil as bonus
.”

It will be recalled that President Tinubu left the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) session in New York last weekend, in the middle of a scandal arising from the Illinois Magistrate court ordering the Chicago State University to cause a full discovery of his academic records at the university.

It will also be recalled that President Tinubu had caused an emergency appeal to the court order, with his lawyers in the United States, filing their appeal on Monday.

The Chicago court hearing the case is billed to receive the filing of Atiku’s lawyers latest on Wednesday and judgement will be expected in a few days after.

Politics / Chicago State University: Justice Will Be Served by ladididanlami(f): 6:53pm On Sep 22, 2023
If Biden can’t protect his own son and Trump can’t protect himself from prosecution, what make you Nigerians think Tinubu will be protected by US.

US is not Nigeria! Here in US every citizen pray not to be entangled with the law, that includes Presidents.

Now, Tinubu lawyers have bought him time for him Tinubu to escape US without incident, so they have achieved their goal.

If Tinubu results and transcript are released today, and things fishy were found, Tinubu as the president of Nigeria will be evacuated shamelessly and escorted by the law enforcement officers out of US, which will alert US and international media.

All media will carry the incident. He will not be arrested but evacuated which will be an international embarrassment to Nigeria and even US, since it happened in US soil.

So, I indulge everyone to stop casting stones. Justice will be served.

Already the fake Tinubu has already implicated himself by saying that severe irreparable damage will be done to his life if the transcript was to be released today.

By that statement alone, he has admitted in court that he committed an offense, forgery and possibly an identity fraud.

Tell me, what can possibly cause severe irreparable damage to a man’s life by releasing an ordinary transcript?
Transcript others freely make available to the public or employers.

In the other hand, His Excellency Atiku Abubakar won today, freedom and democracy won today

As today will be remembered as the day a sitting president told the world that his releasing his transcripts will cause a severe irreparable damage to his life. Imagine that!

Many years to come, he Atiku Abubakar will be remembered as one man that stood against tyranny to stop third term of a sitting president in Nigeria.

One man who lost everything to fighting to protect democracy, against all odds he stood alone fighting injustice.

Love him or hate him, he is a true democrat and defender of democracy.

Today, he fights for all while others watched

He has withstood every battle thrown to him, still smiling.

Generations to come, his name will be remembered no matter how adversaries will try to erase his accomplishments!

They will make songs with his name, children will dance to songs.

Three thousand years from today the name Atiku Abubakar will continue to echo in the chambers of Democratic halls in Nigeria and the world.

I am proud to associate my name with his.

He is the true Lion of Jada, Nigerians will never forget.

He is a true champion of democracy!

Until this case is over, history will continue to be made!

What a beautiful time to be alive!

Politics / Chicago State University Refuses To Authenticate Tinubu’s Submitted Certificate by ladididanlami(f): 12:19pm On Sep 14, 2023
A new development, yesterday, crept into the alleged certificate scandal Presidential Bola Tinubu, as the Chicago State University (CSU), has refused to authenticate the certificate Tinubu submitted to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) ahead of the of February 25 presidential elections.

Also, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, on Tuesday, adjourned ruling on a subpoena application for Tinubu’s records from the universe.

Counsel for CSU, Michael Hayes, while speaking before Judge Jeffrey Gilbert in Chicago, stated that the school was not in a position to authenticate Tinubu’s certificate as either fake or genuine.

The recent statement, however, contradicted the school’s previous assertions that it issued a certificate to the Nigerian politician after he graduated in 1979.

Hayes, at the hearing in Chicago, which began at about 1:30 p.m. (local) and lasted several hours in the lawsuit brought by Atiku Abubakar, candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) said, “Is the diploma authentic or is it a forgery? My client can’t answer yes to either of those questions.”

The lawyer insisted that the school’s administrators, if asked under oath won’t be able to certify Tinubu’s certificate because they “just don’t know” where he obtained it or how.
Hayes was responding to the judge’s inquiry into the school’s ability to confirm under oath that Tinubu was issued the certificate he tendered to Nigeria’s electoral office as part of his final eligibility paperwork in June 2022.

Hayes insisted that CSU records showed Tinubu attended the school, but admitted there were several contradictions that the school’s administrators won’t be able to clarify under oath.

Those discrepancies included the June 22, 1977, date that Tinubu’s certificate carried, as well as the school’s president at the time the certificate was obtained and typographical, font and header errors on the document.
Tinubu on June 17, 2022, submitted a certificate to INEC that was purportedly issued in 1979 and signed by Elnora Daniel.

But Ms Daniel only arrived at CSU in 1998 from Hampton University, 19 years after Mr Tinubu was said to have graduated.

She then left the school in 2008 following a financial mismanagement scandal or 14 years before June 2022 when CSU issued yet a fresh certificate in Tinubu’s name under subpoena from a Nigerian lawyer, who had inquired about Mr Tinubu’s education there.
The contradictions, among others, caused Mr Abubakar to file the suit to compel CSU to produce records relating to Tinubu and make its top officials available for deposition to certify the produced records, according to the Nigerian opposition leader’s lawyers.

Alexandre de Gramont, who appeared in court for Abubakar, said the documents and depositions were being sought for use in the Nigerian Supreme Court, where the final battle over Tinubu’s election has headed.

Atiku has until September 20 to appeal the September 6 decision of the Court of Appeal, which is the first instance court in the presidential election tribunal process in Nigeria.

Politics / Tinubu Has 2 Chicago University Certificates Signed By Different People - Atiku by ladididanlami(f): 6:17pm On Aug 26, 2023
Angela Liu, counsel to former Vice-President Atiku Abubakar in the US, says Chicago State University has provided two similar certificates indicating that President Bola Tinubu attended its institution.

Liu said while the first certificate was signed by three people, the other one was signed by two people.

She was speaking in response to a submission by Tinubu’s lawyers.

According to filings by Oluwole Afolabi and Christopher Carmichael, counsel to Tinubu, an unidentified clerk of the university made the error about the date the school stated on his recently-issued certificate, thereby creating “the appearance of differences”.

The counsel of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) presidential candidate said while one document asserts that Tinubu was issued the certificate on June 22, 1979, another suggests that the president received the degree on June 27, 1979.

The former vice-president is seeking a disclosure of the president’s certificate from the US university. The documents he is making his case on – tendered at the US court and presidential election tribunal – were seen by TheCable.

“The document marked ‘A’ is the certificate submitted by Tinubu to INEC. This certificate is in every material respect, exactly the same as the document marked ‘B’ except for the following,” Liu said.

“Document ‘A’ is signed by at least 3 people whereas ‘B’ is signed by only 2 people.

“The document marked ‘E’ states that Tinubu was issued a certificate on 22nd June 1979 but then proceeded to forward a copy of a certificate (‘B’) dated 27th June 1979. Please note that ‘A’ is actually dated 22nd June 1979, but this document did not emanate from CSU. Only ‘B’ did.

“It is clear that either ‘A’ or ‘B’ is fake (if not both). You cannot have two certificates issued by the same university, to the same person, for the same course of study, but issued on different dates and signed by two different sets of people.

“The documents ‘A’ and ‘B’ both state that Tinubu graduated with a BSc in ‘Business AND Administration’, whereas document ‘E’ (which came from CSU) states that he graduated with a BSc in ‘Business Administration’.”

The lawyer said CSU’s website reads: “The College of Business offers a contemporary business program leading to a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration or Masters in Business Administration (MBA)”, adding that “nowhere is there any reference to ‘business and administration” throughout the website.

The lawyer argued that it was not possible for Elnora D. Daniel to be among those who signed both certificates because she was only the president of the university between 1998 and 2008.

“She was neither president of the university in 1979 – when the certificate was purportedly issued – nor was she president in 2022, when the replacement certificates were issued,” she said.

The lawyer also expressed dismay that both certificates bear different letter fonts and logos of the university.

Politics / More Controversies Trail Tinubu’s Academic Credentials by ladididanlami(f): 5:47pm On Aug 26, 2023
Following a recent confession by lawyers representing the interest of President Bola Tinubu that documents of his academic records submitted to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) are fraught with errors and inconsistencies, there have been a closer scrutiny of those documents by lawyers of former Vice President of Nigeria and presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party in the 2023 election, Atiku Abubakar, among others and the results of which present even more damning revelations.

It will be recalled that President Tinubu’s lawyers on Wednesday in response to the petition of Atiku in a federal court in Chicago, Illinois for the discovery of the documents of Tinubu at the Chicago State University (CSU) agreed that there are errors in the academic certificate presented to INEC by the President, and blamed those errors on the clerk of the university.

It will also be recalled that both the Peoples Democratic Party’s presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar and Labour Party’s candidate, Peter Obi have asked for a disqualification of President Tinubu in the February 25 presidential election on account of forgery allegation made against him before the Presidential Election Petition Court.

A slew of court documents submitted by Atiku’s lawyers both in the United States and Nigeria show disturbing discrepancies and circumstantial fallacies in the documents purportedly obtained by the Chicago State University pertaining to Tinubu’s academic records from the university.

One of the documents, for instance, is the certified true copy of the certificate submitted by Tinubu to INEC on 17th June 2022, and according to Atiku’s lawyers, “this, purportedly, is the certificate issued to him by Chicago State University (“CSU”) showing that he attended the school, and evidencing the degree he was awarded.

“In another document is a copy of a letter dated September 22, 2022 from Mr. Caleb Westberg, the Registrar of CSU attaching a copy of the certificate issued to Bola Tinubu in recognition of the degree he was awarded by the university.

“There is another document, which is a copy of the certificate forwarded by Mr. Westberg, as mentioned above, in response to a subpoena that was issued to CSU in respect of Bola Tinubu’s academic qualifications and achievements.

“There is also a copy of the bio of Dr. Niva Lubin-Johnson. Dr. Lubin-Johnson was the Chairperson of the Board of Trustees of CSU from January 2001 to December 2002.

“Also is a copy of the bio of Dr. Elnora D. Daniel. Dr. Daniel was the President of CSU from 1998 to 2008.”

However, the interesting thing upon further examination of these documents is that while they all speak to the same subject matter, which is Tinubu’s academic qualifications from the Chicago State University, they all bear different details.

“The document marked “A” is the certificate submitted by Tinubu to INEC. This certificate is in every material respect, exactly the same as the document marked “B” except for the following:

“Document “A” is signed by at least 3 people whereas “B” is signed by only 2 people.

“The document marked “E” states that Tinubu was issued a certificate on 22nd June 1979 but then proceeded to forward a copy of a certificate (“B”) dated 27th June 1979. Please note that “A” is actually dated 22nd June 1979, but this document did not emanate from CSU. Only “B” did.

“It is clear that either “A” or “B” is fake (if not both). You cannot have two certificates issued by the same university, to the same person, for the same course of study, but issued on different dates and signed by two different sets of people.

“The documents “A” and “B” both state that Tinubu graduated with a BSc in “Business AND Administration” whereas, document “E” (which came from CSU) states that he graduated with a BSc in “Business Administration”. It is important to note that CSU’s website states that “The College of Business offers a contemporary business program leading to a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration or Masters in Business Administration (MBA)”. Nowhere is there any reference to “Business AND Administration” throughout the website.

“If you look at both “A” and “B”, it would appear that one of them is fake. Further interrogation of both documents, however, tells that BOTH certificates may well be fake – notwithstanding that “B” was purportedly issued by CSU.”

The lawyers argue further while, “both certificates were purportedly signed by Dr. Elnora D. Daniel. This is physically impossible, as Dr. Daniel was only President of CSU from 1998 to 2008. She was neither president of the university in 1979 – when the certificate was purportedly issued – nor was she president in 2022, when the replacement certificates were issued. (See document marked “D1” and “D2”)

“Certificate “A” was purportedly signed by two other people apart from Dr. Elnora D. Daniel. These names are not clear and it is indicative of a deliberate attempt to confuse the reader into believing the authenticity of the document.

“Certificate “A” was purportedly signed by Dr. Niva Lubin (please note that her name is actually Dr. Niva Lubin-Johnson and every public document or reference bears her full name and not the abbreviation). This is also physically impossible, as Dr. Lubin-Johnson was the Chairperson of the Board of Trustees of CSU from January 2001 to December 2002 only. She was appointed to the Board of Trustees only in 1996 and was not made the Chairperson until five years later. Dr. Lubin-Johnson was neither a member of the Board of Trustees nor its Chairperson in 1979 – when the purportedly issued certificate – nor was she Chairperson in 2022, when the replacement certificate was purportedly issued. (See document marked “C1” and “C2”).”

Another graphic discrepancy in the certificate emanating from Tinubu and the one presented by the CSU upon subpoena is that the two bear different letter fonts and logos of the Chicago State University.

Atiku, it will be recalled had approached a Chicago Illinois District court to subpoena a full discovery of Tinubu’s academic records from the CSU where the president stated under oath to have graduated in 1979 having completed his undergraduate studies in Accounting.

It will also be recalled that Tinubu had instructed his lawyers to ask the court to decline the request by Atiku, citing confidentiality.

Politics / Tinubu Blames Chicago University Clerk For Anomalies, 'blatant Irregularities' by ladididanlami(f): 11:14pm On Aug 24, 2023
Nigerian President Bola Tinubu has said that the clerk at Chicago State University (CSU) created appearance differences in his certificate with several unfortunate errors in the diploma certificate issued in response to the subpoena by Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) requesting Tinubu's files with the university.

Tinubu said the university is responsible for ‘blatant irregularities’ that characterised a certificate the school reprinted in his name, saying that the unnamed clerk of the CSU “unfortunately” made the errors regarding the dates the school stated on his certificate and when he actually graduated, thereby creating “the appearance of differences.”

President Tinubu’s statement was filed on Wednesday by his counsel as part of his argument before the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois in Chicago, The People's Gazette reports.

Judge Jeffrey Gilbert of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois in Chicago, had given Tinubu until August 23 to explain why his academic records at CSU should not be released to his political opponent Atiku.

Atiku earlier this month requested court approval to subpoena Tinubu’s files domiciled with CSU because he believed the documents would clarify glaring inconsistencies in the President’s background, including publicly-available documents that suggested the CSU in the 1970s admitted a female student bearing Bola Tinubu, who was born on March 29, 1954.

President Tinubu said he was born on March 29, 1952, although he had also, at different times, listed 1954 as his birth year in the past.

He also recently removed his primary and secondary education from his records after it was discovered that the schools he listed under oath in 1999 when he ran for the Lagos State governor election did not exist anywhere in Nigeria.

Atiku believed the requested records would show which papers Tinubu submitted to CSU before he was admitted to study accounting at the school.

Atiku had filed a court application to obtain Tinubu’s school records under a U.S. statute that allows documents available in the country to be subpoenaed for use as evidence in a foreign court.

He argued that Tinubu had presented contradictory claims in Nigeria and the CSU, in responding to a previous subpoena, had issued documents that contradicted what Mr Tinubu had entered under oath in Nigeria.

However, Tinubu’s legal team at the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal, led by Oluwole Afolabi and Christopher Carmichael, argued that the August 2022 subpoena that was issued following a request by a Nigerian lawyer Mike Enahoro-Ebah was “illegal” because he had no valid grounds to seek the documents, especially under education privacy rights.

However, Tinubu’s legal team admitted that the documents indeed emanated from the CSU but an unnamed clerk had mistakenly typed the graduation date erroneously.

Tinubu’s lawyers said, “Unfortunately, in responding to the illegal and invalid subpoena, CSU made several errors. CSU issued a new diploma for Bola A. Tinubu, but incorrectly wrote the date of graduation as June 27, 1979.”

They further noted that changes in school-authorised signatories and logos, alongside other anomalies like the fonts of the certificate, all combined to generate an appearance of wrongdoing.

The lawyers said, “The correct date was June 22, 1979, but that scrivener’s error – along with a change in the CSU logo, the font on the diploma, and leadership at CSU who signed the diploma created the appearance of differences between an earlier issued diploma and the one issued in response to the 2022 subpoena.”

Atiku has said that he filed the suit because he wanted to get the school to certify all documents relating to Tinubu, some of which had been filed by Tinubu’s lawyers in Nigerian court as part of the ongoing election petitions proceeding as Atiku challenges the election of Tinubu.

On his part, Tinubu argued that Atiku should not be requesting the documents because Tinubu’s academic records were not part of the initial litigation over the presidential election, adding that Atiku’s argument had been focused entirely on cheating and other irregularities around the conduct of the election.

Tinubu further argued that the Nigerian court hearing the election petitions had already concluded hearing on arguments and a judgment is now being anticipated, as the election petition court is expected to deliver judgment on or before September 21, in line with the Nigerian electoral law that mandates the conclusion of a petition within 180 days after the election.

Atiku’s legal team led by Chicago-based attorney, Angela Marie Liu, is expected to file a response to Tinubu’s argument that the documents should not be sought because they were not part of the Nigerian proceeding and would be inadmissible due to the current stage of the case.

Politics / JUST IN: Tinubu Blames University Clerk For Invalid Graduation Date, Signature by ladididanlami(f): 1:47pm On Aug 24, 2023
President Bola Tinubu has implicated a clerk at Chicago State University as responsible for blatant irregularities that characterised a certificate the school reprinted in his name, according to new court filings seen by Peoples Gazette.

The Nigerian president said the unnamed clerk “unfortunately” made the errors as to the dates the school stated on his recently-issued certificate and when he actually graduated, thereby creating “the appearance of differences.”

Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s statement was filed on August 23 by his counsel as part of his argument before the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois in Chicago. The Nigerian president said he was born on March 29, 1952, although he had also, at different times, listed 1954 as his birth year in the past. He also recently expunged his primary and secondary education from his records after it was discovered that the schools he listed under oath in his 1999 run for Lagos governor did not exist anywhere in Nigeria. Mr Abubakar believed the requested records would show which early and high papers Mr Tinubu submitted to CSU before he was admitted to study accounting there.

Atiku Abubakar had sued to obtain Mr Tinubu’s school records under a U.S. statute that allows documents available in the U.S. to be subpoenaed for use as evidence in a foreign court.

Atiku Abubakar argued that Tinubu had presented contradictory claims in Nigeria and the CSU, in responding to a previous subpoena, had issued documents that contradicted what Mr Tinubu had entered under oath in Nigeria.

Atiku Tinubu’s lawyers, led by Oluwole Afolabi and Christopher Carmichael, argued that the August 2022 subpoena that was issued following a request by a Nigerian lawyer Mike Enahoro-Ebah was “illegal” because he had no valid grounds to seek the documents, especially under education privacy rights. Atiku Abubakar said he filed the suit because he wanted to get the school to certify all documents relating to Mr Tinubu, some of which had been filed by the Nigerian president’s lawyers in Nigerian court as part of the ongoing election petitions proceeding.

But Tinubu argued further that Mr Abubakar should be requesting the documents because Mr Tinubu’s academic records were not part of the initial litigation over the Nigerian elections. The presidential election was held on February 25, and Mr Tinubu was sworn in as president on May 29.

Tinubu’s argument appeared to mirror the position of the CSU authorities on the lawsuit, and the school had said it would defer compliance decision to its former student on the matter.

Atiku Abubakar’s legal team, led by Chicago-based attorney Angela Marie Liu, is expected to file a response to Mr Tinubu’s argument that the documents should not be sought because they were not part of the Nigerian proceeding and would be inadmissible due to the current stage of the case.

Politics / Atiku Takes Battle With Tinubu To US Court by ladididanlami(f): 10:11pm On Aug 23, 2023

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZoMssOuMD68?si=PDCutw3KVnf8vF1n

As Nigerians awaits the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal judgement, the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP in the just concluded presidential elections, His Excellency Atiku Abubakar has taken his legal battle to a United States of America District Court in a bid to unearth and unmask the secrecy surrounding the academic records of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu which was submitted to the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC.

The legal landscape has taken a striking turn as the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, Eastern Division, takes center stage in a matter that intertwines Nigerian politics with academic authenticity. The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar, has embarked on a quest to compel Chicago State University (CSU) to release crucial documents linked to Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the current President of Nigeria who contested the February 25 Presidential election under the banner of the All Progressives Congress (APC).

Here is what Nigerians need to know.

Jurisdiction Established: The court proceedings were spurred by a preceding case in Nigeria on November 9, 2022, where Mr. Mike Enahoro-Ebah, a “Human Rights Defender and Public Interest Litigator” in Abuja, Nigeria, took the initiative. His actions set the stage for a legal journey that led H.E Atiku Abubakar to seek jurisdiction from the US court. The United States District Court has determined that it holds jurisdiction over the matter, aligning with US laws that authorize document discovery from individuals or entities residing within its district for foreign proceedings.

Forgery Allegations and Diplomas in Question: At the heart of this matter lie allegations of forgery. Enahoro-Ebah alleged that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu presented a forged CSU diploma, dated June 22, 1979, among other inconsistencies, as part of his filing to run for President. H.E Atiku Abubakar’s court papers assert that CSU’s Registrar, Mr. Caleb Westberg responded to a subpoena, providing documents including a CSU diploma dated June 27, 1979. The distinctions between these diplomas, from seals to fonts, raise substantial doubts about their authenticity.

Inconsistencies Unveiled: The documents produced by CSU expose perplexing disparities. While Tinubu claimed to be solely a Nigerian citizen, the CSU documents portray a U.S. citizen named “Bola Tinubu.” Similarly, the birth year conflicts between the CSU records (1954) and Tinubu’s information to INEC (1952) further deepen the intrigue. The divergent narratives even extend to the gender of the individual described in the CSU transcripts.

Educational Background Scrutinized: A spotlight is cast on Tinubu’s educational background. The discrepancy between the CSU documents and Tinubu’s claims of graduating from Government College, Lagos, in 1970 adds another layer of complexity. The inconsistencies challenge the credibility of the information submitted to INEC.

His Excellency Atiku Abubakar’s Application for Document Verification: Building upon these disparities, Atiku’s legal team petitioned the US court for an order to compel CSU to release and authenticate the documents in question. By meeting the statutory criteria and satisfying the court’s requisites, Atiku has positioned himself as an “interested person” to warrant a potential victory.

Anticipated Outcome: The court’s assessment of jurisdiction and compliance with legal norms has paved the way for a potential turning point in this matter. With Atiku fulfilling the necessary criteria and CSU’s status as a public university under Illinois law, the court seems inclined to grant Atiku’s requests, signaling an impending chapter in this unfolding drama.

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in a swift reaction has employed the services of a defense attorney in the US to prevent the court from granting Atiku’s request on Chicago State University.

The District Court for the Northern District of Illinois gave a deadline of August 23rd , 2023 for Tinubu to file his arguments on why his records should not be released.

Nairaland / General / NNPC’s $3bn Loan, FG’s Dubious Attempt To Stabilise Naira, Atiku’s Aide, Shaibu by ladididanlami(f): 10:09pm On Aug 16, 2023
The Special Assistant on Public Communication to former Vice President, Atiku Abubakar, Mr. Phrank Shaibu, has faulted the announcement by the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL) that it had taken a $3bn loan for the primary purpose of supporting the naira.

Shaibu dismissed the announcement as “a mere banana peel”, a ruse to force the naira to appreciate on the parallel market.

He said this in a statement, in Abuja, on Wednesday.

According to him, the move was cosmetic and unimaginative and had “once again exposed President Bola Tinubu as a lilliputian economist that lacked ideas on how to rescue the economy he had pushed to the edge with unviable policies.”

He maitained that monetary policy was not the job of the NNPCL but the Central Bank of Nigeria and wondered why the NNPCL, which claimed to be a profit-making organisation, would go ahead to take a loan for the primary purpose of stabilising the naira.

The Atiku aide also drew parallels between the actions of the NNPCL and the CBN under the authority of Godwin Emefiele.

Shaibu noted that oil production had dropped on Tinubu’s watch due to continuous oil theft.

He pointed out that instead of boosting forex liquidity by increasing production and exports, Tinubu decided to take the Jejune path of obtaining foreign loans, an inglorious road that his predecessor had travelled

Shaibu said, “For many years, Tinubu claimed that he built the economy of Lagos from scratch. Now, he has been exposed as a charlatan. His administration detained Emefiele and vilified him for taking FX loans from JP Morgan and Goldman Sachs running into $7.5bn, which was used in defending the naira.

“Now, Tinubu’s administration claims to have done the same thing by forcing the NNPCL to take a loan of $3bn to defend the naira. We, however, have it on good authority that this is all a ruse to force the naira to appreciate at the parallel market, an action that will further affect the government’s credibility.

“The NNPCL has failed to shed the toga of an ordinary government agency. No wonder it has refused to become a public limited liability company, as stated in the Petroleum Industry Act.

“The NNPCL boss, Mele Kyari, who is also desperate to retain his job, has allowed himself to become a willing political tool just like Emefiele. If the NNPCL was a publicly listed oil firm like Aramco and Mobil, would it obtain a loan in order to ‘defend the naira’?”

He further stated that Tinubu lacked a clear economic blueprint, hence his constant failures. He argued that Tinubu’s policy flip-flops had already begun affecting Nigerian bonds, as reported by Bloomberg.

The Atiku Spokesperson further stated that , “The PUNCH aptly described Tinubu in its recent editorial as a loose cannon that goes around with a wrecking ball. He takes action whimsically without thinking about consequences. He announced the removal of petrol subsidies without proper planning and brought the nation to its knees.

“He forced the CBN to float the naira even though the country had liquidity problems. Now, he is on the verge of taking the West African region to war without Senate approval. Tinubu is nothing but a myth that will continue to unravel.

“He claims to have deregulated the petroleum sector, and yet NNPC is still the one determining the price of petrol. He has pegged the price of petrol and yet claims that there is no subsidy. Nigerians must not allow themselves to be deceived by this man.”

Politics / Tinubu May Appoint Ahmed Raji As Attorney General On Cjn’s Recommendation- Group by ladididanlami(f): 6:57pm On Jul 21, 2023
A group, the Patriots Forum has alleged of a plot to compromise the outcome of the work of the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal.

The media has been awash of a plot to force the resignations of some members of the PEPC to pave the way for the Justice Haruna Tsammani-led PEPC hearing the petitions of Atiku Abubakar (PDP), Peter Obi and the Allied Progressive Movement (APM). The parties have since closed their cases and are currently filing their final written addresses ahead of the judgement of the court.

However, to compromise the eventual outcome of the process, Mr. Ahmed Raji may have been tapped as the Attorney General and Minister of Justice in President Bola Tinubu’s administration.

According to the group, the reported conversation between Tinubu and Ariwoola may have yielded fruits and may have far-reaching consequences on the outcome of the work of PEPC, the judiciary, and democracy in Nigeria.

“We need to alert Nigerians to the incestuous affair between President Tinubu and the serving Chief Justice of Nigeria, Olukayode Ariwoola that may birth Ahmed Raji as Attorney General and Minister of Justice. This followed the request made to Ariwoola by Tinubu for him to nominate an AGF for his administration.

“If the CJN who has the responsibility of empanelling the Supreme Court panel to hear the petitions of Atiku, Obi and APM against the election of Tinubu is the same person tapping an AGF for him, we can only use our tongues to count our teeth as to its implications for the outcome of the work of Presidential Election Petition Court. It is, to say the least, an ill-conceived move to destroy the fabrics of our judiciary, compromise our democracy and destabilise our country.”

Politics / ‘Is It For Groundnuts?’ — Atiku’s Aide Dismisses Tinubu’s ₦8k Relief Plan by ladididanlami(f): 3:55pm On Jul 14, 2023
Phrank Shaibu, an aide to former Vice President Atiku Abubakar, has dismissed a plan by President Bola Tinubu to pay N8,000 monthly to 12 million poor households.

The president, who sought and got the national assembly’s approval for an $800 million loan to be used for palliative, said the plan would provide relief to citizens following the removal of the petrol subsidy.

On May 29, Tinubu announced in his inaugural speech that the petrol subsidy “is gone”.
In a statement on Thursday, Shaibu described the plan as a “joke”.

“According to statistics, a Nigerian household as of 2019 counted on an average of 5.06 members,” he said.

“So, with Tinubu’s uninspiring plan, each individual in a household will get N1,600 per month or N53 per day. What should they do with it? Use the money to buy a sachet (pure) water or a cup of boiled groundnut on a daily basis?

“Tinubu boasted that he would develop Nigeria’s economy like that of Lagos but this was all a scam. Statistics show that over 70 percent of Lagos revenue comes from income tax paid by private companies which had been in Lagos for decades due to its status as Nigeria’s former capital.

“His only plan is to tax Nigerians to death as he did in Lagos and that is why the people of Lagos rejected him in the last election.”

Shaibu said the All Progressives Congress (APC) has lost favour with a vast majority of Nigeria.

“It is no coincidence that since 2019 when the party invented the charade of trader moni, it also incontrovertibly introduced the menace of vote buying into Nigeria’s politics.”

Family / Okoloko Accused Of Owing Wife $35M, ₦‎6bn; Instead Of Paying, Files For Divorce by ladididanlami(f): 9:31am On Jun 29, 2023
Nigerian Oil Tycoon, Okoloko Reportedly Burdened By Multi-billion-naira In Debts To Estranged Wife’s Company, Enmeshed In Divorce Scandal

Nigerian businessman, Onajite Okoloko reportedly owes his estranged wife, Salma Okoloko, and her company, Techtonic Oil $37 million and N5.3 billion respectively through his company, Eroton Exploration.

The duo are currently enmeshed in a messy divorce following allegations of extra-marital affairs.

Okoloko is currently the Group Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Notore Chemical Industries Plc (“Notore”).

The oil mogul is a founding partner of the Ocean & Oil/Oando Group and a former member of the Board of Union Bank of Nigeria Plc.

He is also the Chairman of Midwestern Oil & Gas Limited (“Midwestern”) and the Chairman of Eroton Exploration & Production Limited (“Eroton”).

Eroton admitted to owing $14 million and N2.9 billion for the said contract executed. But his estranged wife’s company put the amount at $37,147,654.25 and N5,308,689,150.84, saying the “said amount is all-inclusive of the disputed and reconciled sums”.

Despite a US court ordering the Nigerian billionaire to pay his debt, family members of Salma claimed he filed for a divorce in 2020 and threatened to kick the wife out of their Florida home with their two kids.

The funny part is, instead of filing for a divorce in Florida in the U.S. where they got married and where he confirmed as his place of residence, he went to Badagry, Lagos, paid a judge to assume jurisdiction and take the divorce case,” Salma’s relation alleged.

The divorce case is now at the Appeal Court where Okoloko is also planning to pay judges to give him a favourable judgement.

“Okoloko and his Eroton Exploration have been in and out of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission office (EFCC) after he is accused of mismanaging OML18, under-reporting production of the oil field which under him, fell from 30,000 barrels per day to 1,000 barrels per day.”

In March 2023, the Nigerian National Petroleum Company (NNPC) Limited took over Eroton Exploration and Production Company Limited as the new operator of the oil mining lease (OML) 18.

According to Chief Corporate Communications Officer, Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited, Garba-Deen Muhammad, in a statement, Eroton was removed to curtail further degradation of the asset and revamp the production of oil and gas on it.

It was however gathered that while NNPCL has duly paid Eroton all its dues, the company was yet to pay off TOTL the balance of $14 million and N2.9 billion for the said contract executed.

“In order to protect the joint venture investment in OML 18, the non-operating partners, NNPC Limited (55 per cent interest) and OML18 Energy Limited (16.20 per cent interest), jointly owning 71.2 per cent equity, removed Eroton as operator of the JV in line with the provisions of the Joint Operating Agreement.

“NNPC Limited and OML 18 Energy further appointed NNPC Eighteen Operating Limited as operator of the JV. The change in operatorship has been notified to the Nigerian Upstream Regulatory Commission and communicated to Eroton,” the statement read in part.

NNPCL also pointed out that while the key business reasons that made the change in operatorship were compelling, it was publicly available information that production had declined from 30,000 barrels per day to zero.

It said the persisting inability of Eroton to meet the financial obligations of the Federal Government led to the sealing of Eroton’s head office in Lagos by the Federal Inland Revenue Service for more than 12 months due to non-payment of outstanding taxes to the government.

The national oil firm further said Eroton was also not able to remit to the JV parties the proceeds of gas supplied to its affiliate, Notore, adding that a number of audits and investigations, including by the EFCC, NURPC’s work programme audit and others, had been undertaken or were ongoing.

“Some of these audits are regulatory steps that may lead to licence revocation under the relevant laws if drastic steps are not taken by non-operating partners,” NNPCL stated.

It added, “NNPC Limited in particular, as majority shareholder with a unique stewardship responsibility to the federation, is committed to ensuring that the energy and financial security of the country is uppermost in its business decisions.

“Removing an operator in these circumstances is therefore inevitable in order to protect the JV from governmental or third parties action from entities, including Eroton’s lenders and other service providers.”

NNPCL said it was important to highlight that OML 18 was an oil-producing block covering 1,035 square kilometres located south of Port Harcourt and contained 11 oil and gas fields with about 714 million stock tank barrels of oil and condensate and 4.7 trillion cubic feet of natural gas reserves.

According to a letter from Tectonic dated April 6, 2023, and addressed to the Group Managing Director of NNPCL, the said the money was for a contract awarded to the company by Eroton dated May 1, 2016, for the provision of Coiled Tubings, Pumping, and Nitrogen Lift Services with contract No. EEP 16-0125.

The letter said Tectonic had since executed the contract but had yet to be fully paid by Okoloko’s Eroton.

Also, Eroton in a letter dated July 2, 2021, addressed to the Vice President Operations, Tectonic Oil Tools Limited, Lagos, Nigeria, admitted to owing the company a balance “sums (net of taxes) of NGN 2,969,754,531.07 (Two Billion, Nine Hundred and Sixty-Nine Million, Seven Hundred and Fifty-Four Thousand, Five Hundred and Thirty One Naira, Seven Kobo Only) and USD 14,030,212.87 (Fourteen Million, Thirty Thousand, Two Hundred and Twelve United States Dollars and Eighty Seven Cents Only) due and payable to your company.”

The letter which detailed a payment plan to liquidate the debt owed to the wife’s company by Eroton read in part: “We also recognize that some other claims have been submitted and confirm that same are currently undergoing verification and reconciliation. These additional claims would be included in the outstanding sums detailed above upon completion of the reconciliation exercise. The payment plan will be amended accordingly to include the additional claims and paid within the same time frame.”

“In respect of the reconciled outstanding sums referenced above, please find below our payment plan,” the letter said.

While the letter listed how the outstanding debt will be paid between Q3 2021 and Q3 2022 for the N2.9 billion, it also listed how the outstanding $14 million will be liquidated between Q4 2021 and Q3 2022.

The letter signed by Ibironke Olaniyi, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Eroton Exploration & Production Company, ended with: “Please be advised that we would notify you of the payments as they are made in line with the specified timelines and assure you of our highest regard.”

However, despite the admission made in the letter, Eroton has reneged on the payment terms and agreement.

Meanwhile, Onajite and his wife, Salma, have been locked in a divorce drama.

Onajite filed for a divorce in 2020 and the case is currently at the Appeal Court.

A media consultant to Okoloko denied the accusations.

“It is ridiculous. I may have to get back to you because I’m yet to talk to him but all the allegations are not true,” he told SaharaReporters.

In 2022, the EFCC linked the oil mogul, his companies and others to a multi-billion-naira corruption case involving a former minister of Petroleum Resources, Diezani Alison-Madueke.

The EFCC in a document filed with a motion ex-parte, sought to question Alison-Madueke about her business relationships with Okoloko’s Midwestern Oil & Gas Company Limited, Mr. Tonye Cole’s Sahara Energy Group, Chief lkpea Leemon of Lee Engineering Group, Mr Donald Amamgbo, and Mr Afam Nwokedi.

Miss Olatimbo Bukola Ayinde, Christopher Aire, Harcourt Adukeh, Julian Osula, Dauda Lawal, Mr Leno Laithan, Atlantic Energy Drilling Concept Limited and Atlantic Energy Brass Development Limited, both owned by Jide Omokore, Septa Energy Limited, and others were among those named.

Fraudulent Oil Billionaire, Onajite Okoloko owes his estranged wife, Salma Okoloko, and her company, TECTONIC Oil, $35million and N6billion respectively through his company, Eroton Exploration.

Despite the Court ordering him to pay, he filed for a divorce in 2020, threatening to kick her out of their Florida home with their two kids.

The funny part is, instead of filing divorce in Florida, U.S where they got married and where he confirmed as his place of residence, he went to Badagry, Lagos, paid a Judge N50million to assume jurisdiction and take the divorce case.

The divorce case is now at the Appeal court where Okoloko has also paid millions to the Judges to give him favorable judgement.

Okoloko and his Eroton Exploration have been in and out of the EFCC after he is accused of mismanaging OML18, under reporting production of the oil field which under him, fell from 30,000 barrels per day to 1,000 barrels per day.

Nairaland / General / Publish Report On N52bn Special Works For 774 Lgas, Atiku’s Aide Tells Senate by ladididanlami(f): 10:14pm On Apr 23, 2023
The Special Assistant on Public Communication to former Vice President Atiku Abubakar, Mr. Phrank Shaibu, has called on the National Assembly to publish a report of its investigation on the N52bn Special Works Programme implemented by the Minister of State for Labour and Employment, Mr. Festus Keyamo.
Shaibu said this in a statement while reacting to Keyamo’s acquisition of a house in the United States at the cost of over $300,000.

Recall that in 2021, the Federal Government had in a bid to ameliorate the effect of the COVID-19 pandemic, approved the sum of N52bn for the hiring of 774,000 Nigerians across all the local government areas in the country for three months.

The 774,000 Nigerians were hired to take on menial jobs such as clearing of drainages, sweeping of markets, cutting grass and other community services.

Keyamo had specifically orchestrated the sacking of the Director-General of the National Directorate of Employment (NDE), Nasiru Argungu, insisting that he was in charge of the N52bn project which the National Assembly noted was a flop.

Both the Senate and the House of Representatives had stated that many of the beneficiaries of the funds did not get anything, while others who got did not do any job. They, therefore, questioned Keyamo’s running of the programme and promised to launch an investigation into the matter.

Reacting to Keyamo’s claim that he owns several houses in the US, Shaibu said: “The National Assembly had described the special works programme as a sham and also questioned how the funds were spent. Keyamo had, for the last two years, defended the shambolic implementation of the programme.

“With his open confession that he has acquired houses in the US, I hereby call on the National Assembly to publish its report on the failed project. I also call on the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) to immediately probe the finances of Festus Keyamo, who only became a senior advocate two years before becoming a minister.

“It is public record that Keyamo was an activist and a prosecutor for the EFCC, doing mostly pro bono cases before taking public office. However, he now boasts of being a real estate mogul after becoming a minister. This is laughable and an insult to the sensibilities of Nigerians.

“In any case, Keyamo’s time as minister of state for labour and employment witnessed the highest level of unemployment, which KPMG says is about to hit 40%. Under Keyamo, universities also witnessed prolonged strikes, as ASUU proceeded on 10 months strike in 2020 and eight months industrial action in 2021. Keyamo clearly failed as a minister but grew wealthier in the process through his so-called real estate business. He thus needs to be investigated with immediate effect.”

Keyamo had said that by letters dated March 6, 2019, before he was appointed a Minister, he wrote to the relevant government agencies, informing them of the closure of his foreign accounts and the repatriation of his funds to the country since Nigerian law does not allow public officials to operate foreign bank accounts.

He further stated, “My assets declaration is there for all to see. Some of us don’t need government funds or patronage to get by. Whatever we do and whoever we support is out of our deep convictions.”

Reacting, however, Shaibu dared Keyamo to publish his asset declaration form as submitted to the Code of Conduct Bureau in 2019.
He said since Keyamo had boasted many times about being an EFCC prosecutor and an anti-corruption champion, he ought to be bold enough to make his asset declaration forms public to prove that he was telling the truth.

Shaibu said, “Keyamo has one month left on his tenure as minister, which means he will need to declare his assets before the CCB next month. Let him make public his asset declaration forms, before and after office, to prove to Nigerians that he did not steal.

“The truth about Keyamo is that he is a hypocrite, a rabble-rouser who pretends to be on the side of the masses but is only after his stomach. He started as a disciple of the great Gani Fawehinmi but has since strayed from Gani’s ideals by serving as Spokesman for a man who was an anathema to Gani and who Gani had accused of forgery and fraud – Bola Tinubu.”

Nairaland / General / PENDULUM: Dele Momodu: An Independent Politician by ladididanlami(f): 11:05am On Mar 25, 2023
Dele Momodu: An Independent Politician
By
Sani Sa’idu Baba drssbaba@yahoo.com

It is as if Paul Coelho knew Dele Momodu when he said "When you are enthusiastic about what you do, you feel this positive energy. It's very simple", for it is quite visible to the blind and audible to the deaf, Momodu has carved a niche for himself as an altruistic, enthusiastic, passionate leader and a big name in all that he does with sterling records of success.

I believe some of my readers will be quick to say that Ooh, Dr. Baba will be sentimental for obvious reasons, but the truth is that I was not, I am not and I will not. All I am going to say is the honest truth.

My major stimulant to writing this today emanated from this simple question. Ooh how does an individual capture the essence of this your boss, Dele Momodu? Just how? Asked by many of my friends including a number of them that slide into my DM to say hi, and subsequently asked around the above question, and here is my humble and sincere reply to all of them.

But before then, I'd like to emphasise on one of his best characters and that is the fact that he's multi-layered and versatile which are characters that distinguished him from his peers in all ramifications. I believe the aforementioned question mostly emanated from the perception about the fate of most politicians post-election. Anyway, here is my reply. When I got confused in the past as to how to describe him, it occurred to me I could use the allegory of the blind men and their encounter with the elephant. The story first originated from India. A group of blind men who had never seen an elephant were said to have argued fiercely as to what it looks like. Each of the blind men touched and felt a different part of the body. Just one part of the elephant is quite big. Each described what he felt with his hands. Each version of the experience was limited, even though true. Each suspected the other of profanity and dishonesty. They were even said to have come to blows. But they were all right; yet all wrong.Though there are several Hindu, Jain and Buddhist versions of this story, each of the blind men were said to have groped different parts of the elephant. The same thing about Dele Momodu. If you're fond of reading stories about him, it will be easier to understand who he is from the views of others using the elephant's story even if you don't know him. Their individual perceptions of what the Elephant looks like are as follows:

One who touched the trunk said the elephant was like a thick snake. Another touched the large ear, he concluded the elephant must look like a fan. For another who touched the leg, he said the elephant is a pillar, like a tree trunk. One touched its hard side and concluded it was like a wall. The one who touched its tail described the elephant as a rope. Yet, another touched the tusk, and vowed to the heavens that the elephant is like a hard, smooth spear. The blind men were all partially correct; but also, all partially wrong.

In desribing my mentor, brother, friend, Dele Momodu when people asked me, I have encountered the same difficulty of these blind men.
The reason is that Momodu wears many caps, so many that he means a different person to different observers and analysts.
Some would encounter him and tell you he is a business tycoon because of his business establishments and relationships with business leaders worldwide. Readers of his books and weekly column PENDULUM would say that he's only a writer and journalist who's a Veteran at that. Others would encounter him unknown to them about his seven traditional titles at home and abroad, including the recent Aare of Iwoland and tell you he's a traditional ruler who doesn't care to dress like a king, perhaps because of the obvious respect he earned like royalty in many high places. In the same vein, the political analysts would report that he's a political legend due to his active participation in politics and the political role he has played over a period of four decades. Similarly, some might choose to call him an activist because of the role he's played in defence of democracy in 1993 that saw him forced into exile, and many events that followed thereafter till today. Lastly, some assumed he's a teacher because of the knowledge that he used to rain for free via his verified Instagram handle Instagram live, twitter spaces, Facebook live, Clubhouse, and etc for the young generation plus the way he intermingles freely with his proteges and mentees around the world.

Others think he's a Blogger because no younger man or woman multitasks than him on social media platforms which he handles personally, at nearly 63 years of age. Same with his unprecedented collection of pictures and videos, as if he's a veteran photographer. He may also be called a Librarian with his stupendous collections of books. He actually worked at the University of Ife library from 1977-78 became a pioneer JAMBITE in 1978. And he has almost completed his library resort in the ancient city of Ibadan which will soon become a tourist attraction for scholars. You won't be wrong to call him a Travel agent if you see the thousands of flight ticket stubs he has garnered on trips to over 60 countries on five continents, the reason many call him the OLABISI AJALA, the globetrotter of our time.

Some may be tempted to call him a Music producer with the way he's been promoting our young talents since 1989 when he sold Sir Shina Peters to the world on the cover of Weekend Concord and Classique magazine. He sponsored the biggest music carnival ever on the campus of Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, in 1999, where he assembled the Plantation Boys, Remedies, Sir Shina Peter's, Queen Salawa Abeni, and others at the massive amphitheatre of Oduduwa Hall. Since 2007, he has attracted millions of dollars in sponsorship from UBA, GLOBALCOM, the Esther Ajayi Foundation and others for the promotion of young talents in Music, Comedy and Fashion. Many of the beneficiaries of these Ovation Red Carol concerts include D'banj, Don Jazzy, Wande Cole, Olu Maintain, Waje, Tiwa Savage, Sinach, Sammie Okposo, Davido, Wizkid, Tuface, Burner Boy, Seun Kuti, and so many great entertainers...

Lastly, you're likely to call him the quintessential Opposition Leader with the way he has never been in government and continues to support only opposition parties. He believes a country as bedevilled with myriads of problems like Nigeria needs powerful voices to speak up, one the reasons he owes no one apologies for not supporting his friend, Chief Bola Tinubu, as a Presidential candidate...

These I believe would reflect the scenarios on the perceptions of those blind men about the elephant.
Interestingly, a friend of mine SANI AUWAL MUDI recently asked me whether Momodu is also a former football legend, and my answer was a straight NO. He was compelled to ask having seen the way Momodu was respected and well treated by the President of FIFA Mr. Gianni Infantino and others including the legendary Arsene Wenger the former Arsenal manager in Kigali, Rwanda last week. Unknown to many that it was a formal invitation of world leaders and big names around the world for the FIFA Congress, and he graced the event as a VIP guest of FIFA under the leadership of FIFA president Gianni Infantino, an invitation that even Presidents around the world will never reject and will feel much honoured to be invited. How many Nigerian politicians have you seen there? None? So to me its a matter of personal integrity, self accomplishments and Momodu's worth on the eyes of worthy world leaders.

The moral of the story is that Aare Dr. Dele Momodu loves his job, and he never feels he's bigger than his job and businesses in line with the assertion of Paul Coelho. Perhaps why he succeeded in life without being a full time politician. Never in life consider politics as a job or only what you know. Those that have been asking me about Momodu's political future should know that he's too busy to even think of that. Many of his close associates kept on wondering how he managed to spend about five months working in presidential campaign office, recording only two international trips during this period, a man who to some is synonymous with travelling.

Even by the time he lost the Presidential primaries in May 2022, he has moved on with his business activities. I was his agent at the Presidential Primaries, but I could vividly remember that 48hrs after the election, he resumed in Ovation International Office in Lagos after which he went abroad, business as usual. This shows how occupied he is outside politics. Only to receive a call when he was on his way out of the country, from the Presidential candidate of his party H.E ATIKU ABUBAKAR asking him to serve as a Director of Strategic Communications of his Presidential Campaign Organization, on account of his competency and capacity, which he accepted, delivered handsomely and effectively.

Romance / Re: My Experience Using An Enhancer. by ladididanlami(f): 7:46pm On Jul 24, 2022
This is a big wahala o

FX2BROWN:
After 9 months of staying away from my wife and family, I visited her in our hometown, in Nigeria. It was an experience I was looking forward to after my job.

Two days later, it was time to do the husband/wife stuff, but I was met with a huge mess. This episode was described as a "one minute man affair". I was ashamed of myself as my wife was in a bad mood.

I opted for a sex enhancer in the name of Evans Baroque manXTRA 20...Tadalafil 20mg. That night, we were in cloud 9, as I lasted almost 1 hour.
Strange enough, the following day, the side effects were something else.

My head wan burst! The headache was out of this world. I lost sleep for 2 days. My body was like I engaged in labouring job, I was on pain. I had feverish condition for 2 days along with cold....

Abeg guys, take caution with the above pill, so that you won't harm yourself.

EFCC should do the needful and probe TINUBU..... If not, this trend will impact negatively on the up coming generation.

Wow... i think Reno should take up a career in music as side hussle.... He will do well at it....

I think he has got the calling to using music to expose ills of the society.

I am impressed though.... we should not get carried away by this but join voices to the clamour for the probe of TINUBU

I wonder why people are so blind to the level of corruption on going in the country.... RENO is only doing his bit to expose incompetence and corruption in order to avoid anyone foisting a BULLION VAN Tinubu on Nigerians in 2023...

EFCC must prosecute Tinubu for such money laundering act.
