Please I applied for dependent visa, I had my biometric on the 1st of July, paid mail was sent on the 21st of July and we got the reply that decision has been made but up til now have not gotten collection mail, have sent another mail, did another paid mail and my application was escalated, the 15days for escalation has passed and no change.

I sent another mail after the 15 days of escalation and they replied that I should give them 10 working days again for me to be contacted.

Today makes it 9weeks and 45 working days, am so depressed, devastated, am not myself at all. I tried making paid call but it’s not going.

Please I need help , am confused ���, I cry almost every day.

I did biometrics on the 14th of July with my dependents, I sent a paid mail three weeks after, decision already made but I’m yet to get my passport and my dependents.

I was told to contact them again if I don’t get our passports before 12th of August. What do I do please?

Is your MSC from the UK?

If not, yes you can with a very convincing SOP

If Yes, you can still apply as long as your Msc is a different field and also a convincing SOP

You have nothing to worry about. Go ahead and apply. It's not a problem at all. I've already gotten a master degree, I mentioned it in my application for admission. I'm now a student visa holder
