It's never healthy regardless of what you garnished it with. Despite being very high in calories and sodium, It's has some preservatives and chemicals in it that research has revealed are carcinogenic in the long term.
If it should be eaten at all, it should be sparingly, and that i mean maybe like 4 times a year.

Really
Never knew this!
But it seems everything causes cancer these days.

GO AND BUY BETTER POT AND COOKING UTENSILS AND START COOKING PROPER FOOD DEAR. YOU WAKE UP HUNGRY TO EAT INDOMIE, YOU SHOULD HAVE AN ALREADY PREPARED HEALTHY MEAL IN THE HOUSE, JUST MICROWAVE IT AND EAT ONCE YOU WAKE UP FEELING HUNGRY. ITS WELL........ JUST PREPARING YOU FOR A HOME MADE WIFE MATERIAL.

I'm a wife and mother of three.
You need to give that advice to any of your sisters who are not married, including yourself tongue

Yes! I have and always have an already prepared meal. But If choose to take indomie, then it must be indomie. I like noodles.

I just don't understand why this junk food price will be soaring like DStv price per second.
In the first place, I don't even see Indomie as a healthy food.
If Nigerians can just forget the fast nature of cooking this wormlike food for a while, the price will drop flat by force.

It's not healthy because you don't spend money to cook it. Indomie becomes healthy when you go out of your way to garnish it with veggies and protein

Noodles is not even healthy. High in salt / sodium 🙄

It's healthy when it's prepared with lot of vegetables. And then garnished with sea protein.

Don't know, but the last I bought the carton was 10k +

Funny thing is I will still buy it at any price because it's a life saver when I wake up hungry sometimes at night.
