No, I don't think so. I have changed my payment methods for about 3 times (Bank withdrawal, skrill and payoneer). The 15 days waiting period is for newbies.

I greet you all my people. E no easy o. I have had to leave freelancer for a while, there are other things that I needed my creativity. But, I am gradually getting back in the game. Christmas done show o, boiz gaz quickly hussle for some cash, elegushi is calling. Nice to see new faces, good to hear about the wedding and to know that the gurus are still popping in.

What I will just say is that this job requires some creativity and it ultimately rests on you to find your bearings. The gurus have done their part; they've already taught us how to do basic swimming, it is left to us to decide if we want to swim with the backstroke, butterflystroke, breaststroke or anyother style. For me, freelancer is cool but I see it more as a means to an end. I might not make as much as I should but I am improving myself on something else.

What I will say is that you should try and go the extra mile in satisfying your clients and invest in stuffs that will make your freelancing career much more easier and more efficient.

In another vein. If u guyz shd visit the nairaland frontpage, you will see a thread where they blaming and cursing the president for the free fall of the naira against the dollar. In my freelancing mind I am like "pmb, abeg no mind the ekpa haters, let the free fall continue...pmb for life president!"

Did you bid on the project? If not, you may ignore it. There are lots of scammers online, so you need to be careful. If you placed your bid on the project and you are interested, then let the employer know your decision.

I have not experienced this awkward situation until now. An employer created a milestone and awarded a project to me. Due to some reasons known only by the employer, the employer decided to discontinue the project after freelancer had already charged me $10 for accepting the project. My grouse is this: the employer doesn't want to refund the $10 that freelancer charged me for accepting the project. I have pleaded with this employer but he has remained intractable. I want to know whether I stand a better chance to win the disputed project. Thank you.

@ Godmother, offence ke? I hardly check the thread these days. I have been busy building a new stream of income. It takes time to get established online.

Aaaah, KDP is not profitable any more. It used to be in those days, until Indie authors flooded the platform with their fluffs. The only way you can make money on it is to promote your e-books constantly and you may need to spend money to achieve that. Also, the taxes they collect on book sales is much. But, you can give it a try. I don't think it is possible to combine the two together. You need to focus on the best option.

my challenge is really not about the modifications but how to go about the search for nationwide websites within the United States of America.
He was kind enough to provide keywords( locator, freelancer, independent, finder, contractor) to help me research easily but I must confess these keywords and my google querying ability has proven abortive.

First, it was just (1) and (2). But now he has added (3),(4) (5) and (6)

Job Description;

1)RETRIEVE 5 NATIONWIDE SEARCH WEBSITES FOR EACH CATEGORY
(handyman, remolders, pest control, interior design, more).


2) WEBSITES MUST BE PEOPLE REVIEWED, WEBSITE REVIEWED, OR BE WEBSITES THAT HAVE TOP RANKED OR BEST WEBSITE RANKING, AND INCLUDE THE PROFESSIONALS PHONE NUMBER*, And email adresses

He claims this is the phase one of the project and the phase two is long-term (a month).

To be part of phase two, I have to prove myself by carrying out phase one excellently.
