The story of the blind man who saw men as trees never states he was born blind. In incidents in the Bible where the person bad an ailment which began at birth, it was stated so. A lot of people loose their sight in life and weren't necessarily born that way. Please find the scripture for your perusal

Even that depth is okay if the soil is good or water table is high enough. But it will take a while before clean water will start coming out.

65 meters is not very deep to reach clean water for machine drilled borehole and it may take a few weeks or months for the water channels to clear before you can reach clean water.

Also check the water pump capacity. If it is above 0.5 HP for that depth, it could contribute to it.

Cost of living plus family responsibilities will make your 400k per month feel like 30k per month.

I don't know what your plans are but if you can find a way to reduce house rent and school fees cost you might be able to save something.

My wife had a friend whose husband was on 60k per month salary in 2015, somehow he managed to save and buy land, started doing uber part time then later resigned his job and faced Uber fully and was able to save to build the house they are living in now.

He moved to Canada in 2022 and she joined him last year with their daughter.

I think their game plan was to set a target e.g buy land, build house, travel abroad, start side hustle and save as if their life depends on it to achieve that target.
