The experience was very bad. I cannot advise people to sell on Konga. Konga never update their system when item is delivered to to merchant to delay merchant money more than agreed 7 days. It takes up 30 days before they finally release your money for sold items

I have written it in this wall before now but if we keep silent , things would not changed. I have received a lot email from different sellers, as well as Buyers. We all know that Konga usually put your money in escrow for 7 days called waiting period before it finally released into your wallet. From there you can transfer into your account, which Konga will tell you it will used 1 - 3 working days before it reflect in your bank account. There is nothing like automatic in their payout. Everything is done manually by Konga. If you are merchant on Konga that your money reflect in your account same day you made the payout, kindly let us know on this forum. It can never happen and it will not happen till eternity. Alot of emails have received in which some will tell you they receive their money 10 days after they made the payout by regularly phone calls to Konga. Also some buyers will tell you it takes a month before they get items purchased on Konga. If I were the buyer , I will reject such an items. Merchant try and have your web page and manage it yourself rather putting yourself under Konga. I have heard alot of dubious activities on Konga. To butteress my point search on nairaland about Konga.

@toogentle ... To get money on Amazon takes 14 days and beware we cannot compare amazon with Konga Nigeria. Why Konga is not giving people choice of postage. Do you know you have choice of postage on Amazon and Aliexpress for those that sell on that website.

I am not trying to discourage people selling on Konga but cautioned people on how to be safe while selling on Konga. Once, again what has happened to those People that that has do away with millions of peoples money during Notspetco, Mega weath days, these names will ring at the back of the mind of those that know what am taking about. There is no doubt that Konga makes millions from people selling and shipping everyday. My point here is why can't they give choice of postage like what Kaymu and others are doing? Nigeria is a country where anything can happen. A country where the president Goodluck Ebele Jonathan had once said "Stealing is not a corruption". Just need to be cautious once again. @Youngzedd ...If you are talking about Aliexpress or any other oversea merchant, we are incomparable. I am not saying people should not sell on Konga but be careful to list all items on Konga, when you get the money for set of items , you can list another sets. Nigerians with a lot fraudulent tactics. if Konga do away with peoples item , no government will hold them or anyone for it. Am not saying Konga will do away with peoples money but be careful.

Why is it frustrating selling on Konga?
Konga as one of the online buying and selling arena for Nigerians. It is very gainful selling on Konga and at the same time very frustrating. I heard alot of merchant complaining that the delay tactics introduce by Konga for confirmation of items by the buyer is too ridiculous. Konga will give you 5-7 days for delivery within Lagos and 10- 15 days to deliver outside Lagos. After which they will release the money into escrow, while waiting in the escrow, you cannot have access it until after 7 days when the buyer gives feedback that the item is in good condition before the money is released release and it will take additional 3 days after transfer before the money will appear in your account. When has Konga turn to Commercial Bank keeping peoples money unlawfully. The fact is that they are using your money for business. If you calculate 7days delivery period + 7 days buyer confirmation period + 3 days before the money appears in your Bank account, That is 17 days if the delivery is within Lagos, outside Lagos will take more days after which they will charge you certain amount for selling on their website. Do you know people money they have put into fixed deposit and how much people's money they have used to transact other businesses. Nigeria should be careful at the same time not to put much items on Konga , you should try to get the money for delivered items before you list other items to be on safer side. How many of you can remember WONDER BANKS? Notspeco , Mega weath and lot of them. You could remember how people' money has gone forever. Why Konga not allow people to deliver themselves as Kaymu and the like are doing , why do Konga made it mandatory for them to deliver the items sold on their website. We need to be careful again Nigerians. Konga should allow merchant to deliver their items themselves or give people choice of using the preferred cargo they want. They should update their website for seller to choose if items would need to be delivered outside Lagos or within. Thanks for reading.

Re: ALLEGATION OF FRAUD BY THE AUDITOR OF LAGOS STATE JUDICIARY : MR. BANIRE
I am writing this petition to your honourable Lordship as an awareness and for your urgent intervention to the fraud in the Lagos State Judiciary.
My Lord Sir , the record has shown that Mr. Banire, the auditor of the Lagos State Judiciary has been in that position for years if not up to 10 years or more. He was posted from Alausa to take up the position then and till now he still remain the auditor.
My lord sir, we are aware that the CJN Cup is rightly going on in Delta State in which the Lagos Judiciary Football team are part of competitor of the game.
However, your lordship approved the sum of 3.4 million naira plus as an upkeep for the players and the officials in the ongoing CJN’ cup. To my utmost dismay, Mr. Banire, the auditor requested to disemburse only 2 million naira and go away with 1.4 million naira plus. I cannot imagine such to happen at the temple of justice in which your Lordship is the head. However, After much baragin from the top officials of the football team and the so called Mr. Banire; the auditor settled to four hundred thousand naira plus out of 3.4 Million Naira.
This letter is necessary because I see this as part virus affecting Nigeria as a country and also one of the viruses that is affecting the Lagos State Judiciary. I pondered over it that where is the justice when the temple of justice has become temple of injustice where the players suffering and struggling to make sure the the CJN cup is won are in Delta state without their family while the Lagos sitter ; Mr. Banire would illegally take 400 thousand naira plus out of the whole 3.4 million naira plus. This is totally fraud in the high reputable organisation like Lagos State Judiciary. And to my awareness, such practise has been for a very long time without anyone to checkmate the auditor.
My Lord Sir, I would suggest a secret investigation of this allegation by separate interrogation of the member of the Lagos State Judiciary football team officials in Delta State at same time, for the confirmation of this indecency by the Auditor; Mr. Banire.
