joker5180: In medical school one takes 'professional MBBS examinations' depending on the medical school. This is based on my medical school! 1st professional MBBS exams- 200L. 2nd professiinal MBBS exams-300L 3rd professional MBBS exams-400L 4th professional MBBS exams-500L 5th and final professional MBBS exams- 600L ( leads to award of MBBS degree to those who pass) After graduation one undergo a compulsory 12months internship training and national service ( where applicable). If one chooses to specialise in any medical specialty then the following applies! Primaries exams- get appointed as REGISTRER Part 1 exams- get promoted to SENIOR REGISTRER and member of a college Part 2 exams- get promoted to CONSULTANT and FELLOW of a college There is NO part 3 exams at both undergraduate and post-graduate levels but some some medical schools called their undergraduate exams 'part 2' part 3 and so on, numbers referred to levels ( 200l, 300l, etc). now let me break it down, unilorin levels... 200L: comprehensive exam 300L: june 1st professional MBBS exam 400L: part 1 final MBBS exam 500L: part II final MBBS exam 600L: part III final MBBS exam |

Health › Re: BR€AST CANCER Amongst Nigerian Women by Lagusta(m): 11:24am On Oct 13, 2014 |
Nice thread....
Let me share my experiences with you...
I have once managed a case of breast cancer, stage IIIA. During that time, NMA was on strike, so she was admitted to our hospital where i worked. All the treatment we gave then ws purely palliative: relieve pain, treat infections, check anaemia, etc until we invited the specialist. He started chemo, but the poor lady had no money, since some of those anti-cancer drugs are crazily expensive...
Well, when NMA resumed, we referred to a teaching hospital, never heard from her since then...
The thing is, early detetction is the key... Ignorance is no excuse, all women must learn how to do a comprehensive breasttt self examination (BSE) every month, after taking a bath immediately after your cycle....
I lost my mom to cancer (not breasttt tho) so i know how it feels... |

Does it itch If it were to be darker than the skin, it would've been a mole.... Maybe you should see a dermatologist |

I dont think you would get a tokunbo honda or toyota woth that amount, but you would surely get a neat 1999 camry (tiny light) or honda accord (baby boy)... If you look well though |
