If you want a lab in your state, your govt should build one and NCDC would certify it.
The testing centre in Osun State is located inside a private university laboratory.

As of today, the whole north has no testing centre asides Abuja.
Every zone in the south has a testing centre already.

And our borders are still opened. People come in asymptomatic with the virus undetected and are allowed to go home.
