The court in Abuja is FCT High court. The FCT high court is a state court.

Wait till you get big and you or your need a facility from a commercial bank, then you'll understand how Credit Bureau reporting works.

The bank will run a credit search and if the search brings just one Delinquent loan history, your integrity becomes questionable.

They are only begging you now because the Loan officer still has to recover the loan in full.

Stamp duty is a Federal Government charge and it is applied to all current accounts in Nigeria. Even Union will charge you if you open a current account there.
Don't blame your bank for stamp duty, instead blame GEJ and Buhari

According to eye witnesses ( I was not at the scene when it happened ), the driver of the truck broke traffic rule but refused to stop. So the police officer ran after the truck, climbed from the driver's side and was dragging the steering of the vehicle with the driver. The vehicle lost control and fell on my car that was packed in front of my office. Kindly help with your advice as I am currently in a confused state. What legal step should I take please? But this same supreme court ruled against APC in Rivers, Bauchi and Zamfara state... Now they ruled in favour of APC and no one seems to understand the basis of the ruling. Crazy old men and women.
