Someone was dealing with a medical condition that affects women and even female Virgins and teenagers and people are busy Insulting her. A health condition of natural causes that causes infertility . Some health conditions just happen and have nothing to do with morality, spirituality, tribe or religion or lifestyle That's wrong and wicked to be abusing such a person for a heath issue caused by nature. Some medical issues have no known cause and just happen . Please be respectful .We are all Humans |
For Job security , go for radiography. Radiographers are in high demand both inside and outside the country |
Europe, UK. USA, Canada and Australia are tightening their borders to immigration especially from Africa. They have so many other Nations also with people who want to move to those Countries from Philippines, India, China, Nepal, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Brazil, Kenya, South Africa I know there are a lot of risks but immigration rules change regularly. Nigeria is not high on the priority list Of those countries to take our citizens as their immigrants (due to collective Naija bad behaviour unfortunately ) when they have so many other options and so many countries with willing and better behaved candidates to choose from You might have your sentiments and there are risks but every Nigerian child should get a western passport if possible A word is enough for the wise |
Deeeepandholy:Spot on questions. Members pay so much In dues |
Jozilinn:If he admitted, at least he was heard from and so it's fair to now analyse and decide on next line of action |
Has your family heard the man's own side of things for a balanced analysis |

I) You need to start reading business books 2) You need an accountability partner( not me , maybe a family member) 3) You need to start writing your expenses |

onuman:Targeted at who. A person wants his property back. Is it out of place I give cab driver my car to use and give returns. Is it out of place Let's be logical. People should be guided. Dialogue and reasoning should always lead |
agabusta:It's unfortunate but the truth. Most of the unenlightened Igbo tenants are troublesome . The few exceptional ones that are nice and well behaved ,Landlord would like them.but the majority are wahala. |
A lot of startups failed last year as purchasing power of most Nigerians is low A lot of start ups may run out of funding Slow and stable or fast but unstable You think and decide which is better in the long term |
Please every landlord has right to do repossess his or her building with the proper channels Unfortunately some Igbos can be very difficult tenant especially those in the informal sector. This causes a lot of problems for the educated enlightened ones They make a lot of noise, boast unnecessary and are difficult tenants. There are still some good ones in the informal sector but it's like the bad eggs are many . Talking from experience and yes I AM igbo and from the East Also Seun seems to like all this tribal threads that bring tribal mudslinging.. That should be shut down |
emmaodet:Thank You so much Sir |

money121:So because of love and marriage [b]( extra responsibility), he sold off his chicken farm ( we were not told if it was doing well or not) and came to Lagos because of woman and was sleeping in uncompleted building The story doesn't add up 1 bit. Also what steps did they take to upgrade. Dis his uncle or anyone help him or he suddenly hit one contract ( rare occurrence) Story is so vague and unclear and left out so many important details for us to conclude |
Great Intellectual Discussions My opinion is that 2 actions are mainly needed 1- Government should focus on provision of roads, power generation and supply , security healthcare , education in areas like industrial clusters, farms, big organisations who employ a lot anf pay taxes , markets. Commercial nerve centres. expanding areas, areas of mass migration A country with limited resources can't just build infrastructure to nowhere 2-The Government can also reduce the taxes banks pay and my opinion is government should reduce treasury bill yields to 0.5% annually so as to steer banks to lend to the real sector at 9-10% annually. Banks have peoples deposits with them and should be guided to lend to organisations that prioritise domestic in country based education, agriculture, Medical production , domestic manufacturing, construction, power generation, healthcare, production for export, import substitution products, house owner , shop loans for qualifying customers Read a lot of Bank heads diverted past government intervention money. So banks should use their funds |
7.5-10% |

Angelfrost:Don't mind the hate speech propagandists among both igbo and Yoruba I would keep reporting them to the Mods |

Daveconsult007:My facts are right Sir. Recycling and manufacturing from scratch are 2 different things . Ibero batteries recycle See the article below and the part I quoted https://www.google.com/amp/s/businessday.ng/investigations/article/west-africas-biggest-battery-manufacturing-plant-lies-idle/%3famp=1 The company which currently employs 380 staff, commissioned its 2 units of modernized 10ton each with state of the art technology rotary furnaces and two refinery units, making it the biggest battery recycling capacity in West Africa, in May 2015 |

kettykin:Gosh You are brilliant |
YourKarma:DOLT I am Igbo We igbos still have a long way to go. Success is a journey not a destination All this Tribal comparism and chest beating is nonsense When there are -bullet trains built and manufactured in the East -Original medical drugs produced from scratch in the East and even exported -When Eastern Universities have foreigners paying and getting visas to study there -When there are vehicles built from scratch in the East - When the East has world class medical facilities that reduce medical tourism and foreigners even come to - When Companies respect the customers in the East due to their significant purchasing power - When Eastern roads are fully tarred - When other states and countries send representatives to the East to learn governance and skills - When there is 24 hour electricity in the East You can then celebrate |
