IbnIbrahim:A lot of people don't know employing In Nigeria is like sifting through a whole sack of of rice looking for a needle. Some employees ghost on interviews, ghost on resumption, don't bring their CV, don't bring their certificates and credentials for interview or when applying claiming employer wants to use their certificate, some don't know the barest minimum in their field, it's a jungle out there. I have had a Multinational reach out to Me on my CV and credentials and certificates I submitted a year back and forgot about Many candidates don't know some companies keep a candidate pool in case the need arises |
Microwhy:About Nigeria 1) The public educational system is generally poor resulting in a major pool of not so quality trained employees 2) The bad Government, bad economy, low purchasing powers due to corruption, misappropriation and misallocation of resources, poor electricity, high cost of doing business etc results in fewer companies and organisations and Government agencies that can pay premium wages so there are so many graduates looking for very few premium jobs and you have few premium jobs + plenty low quality graduates 3) Private companies need to generate income from the goods and services and products they produce or sell so everyone's realistic and practical idea would be taken even if it is a competitor or a new employ or interview candidate. I have written an email of some of my ideas to Jeff Bezos before to use for his charity ( for him to develop artificial limbs research for people without hands and legs and limbs. I don't know if he used it. I have also been asked during an interview with a Health Insurance Company if I can bring business from a particular section of the country ( I was not being interviewed for a business or marketing role) Everybody steals ideas. Musicians sample and remix or retwist other people's songs. Footballers copy or improvise on other footballers moves 4) People looking for.jobs without the option of a) high in demand skills to migrate/Japa to better countries or b) having a plug/connection to link with the few premium competitive highly sought after juicy government or private sector jobs C) Having exceptional intelligence to have to enter multinationals or rare skill areas would have to buckle up to rough it out and try to improve their lot |
Many Years Ago Okonjo Iweala said a lot of Graduates are unemployable I disagreed with her Having been on both sides of the table She wasn't wrong The smartest migrate or are snapped up by Multinationals and high paying and high earning companies in critical roles of which Nigeria already had a high poverty and poor purchasing power problem so most companies are not.in that league Some dont have soft skills or interview skills or job Schools to are not optimised to produce high ranking students The companies And organisations that earn billions and pay high like Mobil, Shell, Seplat ,NNPC , CBN, NPA cannot employ every single Nigerian graduate The rest companies are left to pick from the candidates Some times some candidates are a diamond 💎 found in the rough Sometimes some companies are a diamond found in the rough as in good management and good staff treatment. That explains everything The purpose of a company is to create goods and products and services that customers would pay for and keep coming back to repurchase All employees are to work to achieve that aim and employees would be paid from the revenue pool as the company would also pay other bills like machinery, Internet, advertising, stationery, electricity etc Also note that every serious business is looking for ideas to achieve that aim |

Europe would be their own undoing. Their immigration selection choices should have been skilled select migrants with in demand skill sets that would fill high skill labour shortages and also earn good salaries and pay good taxes and spend to boost the economy. |
Xiaomi 12 6gb/128gb is 126k in slot ikeja So what's the difference |
Rich Nigerians owe over 4 trillion to Banks https://www.google.com/amp/s/punchng.com/fg-must-recover-n4tn-amcon-debt/%3famp Which is not the real figures Other categories of Ngerians don't want to pay their debts on money they borrowed. Stop borrowing money if You know You would not pay |
Kog45:Delusion is a bad thing. It's pathetic a lot of Nigerians see it as honourable to borrow and not repay. That's why a lot of banks can't give small business owners and many Nigerians capital to grow as many of them would not pay back the money even if it is interest free. Be dulling and supporting wrong practice while foreigners are offered money to do business and the indigenes are not offered as much Stupidity is common while common sense is not common |
Ajisebioyolaari:Did You check my status or posts to see if I am a loan recovery officer before insulting Me. You actually didn't. Your actions to just abuse Me because of my opinions on debtors who don't pay back money that borrowed simply shows your stupidity, ignorance and delusion. Why would You take a loan and don't pay. Even years back as a student borrowing at up to 20 percent a month to meet emergency needs , I never defaulted or borrowed what I do not need or cannot pay back. Several people have borrowed money interest free from Myself and refused to pay back. A friend that is a government worker kept calling Me for encouragement then borrowed money interest free from Me to repay in some months time. He did not repay the money he borrowed from me and instead borrowed extra money from a loan company and used me as a guarantor for his loan without my knowledge. Don't borrow what You cannot pay and then come and claim victim. Even if the money was interest free, most Nigerians still will not pay. |
emmaodet:Thank You for this educative article. Please a question 1)For a 10 year policy of 100 thousand a year If nothing happens in 10 years, the policy holder gets 1 million + 10 year cumulated interest But if something happened to the policy holder in the 3rd year, I understand that the beneficiary gets 100 thousand per year up to the remaining years that is from 4th year to 10th year. When the 10th year is up , does the beneficiary still get anything |
Why blaming the loan givers instead of the debtor's for not replying their debt Women can be dramatic and dangerous in manipulating men During the naira change era, a man was angry that a female bank cashier refused to accept a 1000 naira note he brought to deposit in his account claiming it was bad. He took bank transfer forms to fill and transfer all his money in his accounts out of that bank to another different bank. The female manager came and was pleading along with his account officer. When he refused, she held him and put her body on him to stop and deter him from filling the transfer forms. If he had pushed her now. It would now be a case of gender violence meanwhile it was clear feminine manipulation to achieve an aim If it was a male bank.official that put his body on a female customer to stop her from filling bank transfer forms to withdraw her money, it would have been an outcry of molestation, harassment and wahala Don't take loans You cannot repay and then start throwing emotional.tantrums |
It is better in my opinion to negotiate a yearly lease and rent fee. There is no assurance that they can be well kept safe and well maintained in Africa and even prevented from being restolen and resold by African's |
My opinion below |
There are many questions to ask 1) Why would a Nigerian bank give loan to a Non established non running business. Most Nigerian banks don't do that 2) Why would someone take loans and rent and build up a space without getting investors to do their part first 3) How does getting into an accident have to do with the topic at hand 4) What stops the person from getting other business partners |

If You are on Lagos, You can drop your digits and tag me in a dead thread for a link to someone in their direct head office in PZ ILUPEJU or go there yourself I am not an agent or a generator seller or a middleman or intermediary. Just trying to.help. Do your research and make your decision |
Rejection is a part of Life People both male and female have been rejected from jobs, schools, admission, offers, business proposals So what is it. A man must not accept You as a woman because You asked him. He might have his reasons. I don't buy everything sold to me In traffic or in the shopping 🛒 mall. It's called choice A woman must not accept You because You asked her. It's called choice Some of your friends as you grow might not pick Your call again if they become more successful or for women if they marry before their fellow woman It's called Life Get used to it |
Please You wan sell this Solar panel Make I help You get buyer |
BlackAdam65:No black Country in Africa has 24 hour electricity. Only Algeria, Tunisia, Egypt and Morocco who are run by Arabs If all non Black countries close their seaport and air and land borders, can Nigeria survive 6 months |
Softbby123:I would choose to ignore and not respond to your attention seeking stunts |
Probz:Please You are not in this life to impress anyone. You have bills. It's a child. A lady child can wear men's clothes. It means nothing. Don't spend unecessarily for social validation |
Respect is earned and not most times dashed on the platter of Gold Until the black countries begin to run their governments well and empower themselves technologically, economically and mentally Like China did. Nothing would change |
The Whites in my opinion are not physically stronger than we the blacks The UFC mixed martial arts fighting League has had Black Champions Like Kamaru Usman, Leon Edwards, Francis Ngannou, Israel Adesanya Unfortunately We are yet to use our brains to create technology that can make us independent We depend on imported tractors, transport buses, automobiles, phones, trains, planes, machines, equipment , medication and hence cannot stay and survive independently from the technology of the West and Asia |
