Ok...to solve the issue of the play store and the rest just downloaded "google installer APK" form the internet and you are good to go....hope this solves your problem,

He did, the google framework in google installer could not install. Bad network here is another issue

Thanks for the concern, but i'm not on whatsapp yet just fb. I just decovered that someone can download app on apkpure store just like google store, but i haven't try any other than the google installer i downloaded there yesterday. I formatted the phone day two days ago due to the constant pop up notification anytime i click an app_unfortunately this has stoped, that has stoped... That promo gift would really come hardy now for data pls..
