Since husband is sponsoring you fair enough, they may ask for statement of a/c just as a proof of having more fund for up keep. If your pregnancy is pronounced you have to disclose it, failure can put your visa position in jeopardy. Does your husband live in the UK or Nigeria? Child care is very expensive in UK, the child may not give you the time to work sometimes not able to attend classes. Child care in UK is highly demanding if you don't show absolute care social services will take your child away from you. I can see your course is just a year. Wish you good luck. May God be your defender in this crucial period. Take care. Cheers.

I've not prepared anything yet. I'm still waiting to be called. I will definitely be here for my fellow forum mate till they all get their visas, cos they were all there for me. I love you all. You can Email the ECM that's if you'll get a reply. Did you apply in Nigeria? If yes, ring Visa section and enquire about your appeal review case, that was how I asked about mine and I got a positive news. Mirabeelz equally rang them too was told to give them 20 days, her case will soon come to an end I'm doing midnight prayer for all forum mate. Take care. Cheers.

Appeal is the only option here. A lawyer can advice you better. Tell your husband to visit a lawyer immediately in order to have the insight of what to provide. Lawyers have dealt with series of cases like yours, so they are in a better position to advise you more on what to provide so that your husband will make haste while the sun shine because time is ticking fast, because to get certain documents in UK it does take time. The heart of the ECO is in the hand of the Lord he will turn that heart to favour you in Jesus name...Amen. The lawyer will also write a covering letter to address their decision to refuse you visa. Nice day baby. Cheers.

I remembered you said you won Administrative review last month that you was told to submit Admin success email, CAS, and Passport. Now they asked you to submit TB result along with the others. If you're able to provide all these documents you will be granted Visa. But now you're pregnant and your husband depend on you, that means your circumstance have changed because of baby issue, baby issue is a big deal to the ECO and he or she must ask questions regarding fund since you have a dependent. To be honest with you I can not tell you the outcome, but God who judged in your favour will grant you that Visa in Jesus name....Amen. It is better to disclose your prenancy if you don't it will affect you, the TRUTH shall set you free....trust God. He will perfect it for you in no time. Be ready to submit another statement of account, because you maybe asked to provide adequate fund to show you can fend for baby and dependent, because there shouldn't be any recourse to public fund. Read Psalm 123, 20 and Exodus 14:10-14. Use this as a prayer point God will surely change their mind, and they will over look any obstacle regarding your case in Jesus name...Amen. Have a good day. Cheers.

@Betty21

I am very sorry about your present situation. Its not in my character to delay in replying one's mail. My internet was slow yesterday. I sincerely apologise. What Mirabeelz and johnwray said are very correct. Matadaz is sweet also. You see how we work as a team. We are always there for each other. Yes I know your husband is self employed and he provided bank statement of his company, ECO's priory is your husbands personal a/c, the amount he set aside for himself and his up keep is what the ECO want to see in black and white in order to find out if he can meet up with his responsibilities(that's you).

Reapplying as for me isn't a good option, because your case is a little bit complex. ECO can fault you in another way you won't believe it. But you have a choice to make whether to reapply or appeal directly. Reapplying means you have the exact documents requested by the ECO. Your husband should have a Company Registration letter from HM Revenue and Custom. He should liaise with accountant to help him work out his personal up keep. Get a reputable lawyer to sort out the appeal for you so you don't make mistake. Your husband will also write a covering letter regarding his status, how he manages his business to meet up his responsibilities. You should use a lawyer in this case. The Lord make a way when there's no way, for the Bible says he's the Way the Truth and the Life. Your case will receive life in Jesus name...Amen. Don't panic ok. I know its hard, easier said than done. But God is your hope. Take care. I'm with you in Truth and in spirit. Cheers.

@ngondu

Good plan as per the review. If you have such amount in your personal a/c I see no reason why you was refused in the first instance. Now put it in the hand of God, God will fight your battle for you. Please read Psalm 20 for God to grant you your heart desire and request. I pray for victory in your case. Cheers.
TravelRe: UK Spouse Visa/Appeal Process-part2 by lamosy(f): 11:02am On May 06, 2013
@ngondu

Well understood, but your personal is where the problem lies. So build up your personal account and reapply. Make sure you address the ECO's issue before reapplying. Did you say you have £4000 in your a/c? That amount is not bad for 3 days journey. You can request for administrative review if you want to. But as for me reapplying is faster. Cheers.
TravelRe: UK Spouse Visa/Appeal Process-part2 by lamosy(f): 12:22pm On May 05, 2013
@ngondu:

Sorry about the sad news. Good news you've shengen visa. Just to let you know that even if the ECO consider your company's account, the ECO's priority is your personal account, if you haven't got enough for your trip they can refuse you, also if they check your statement of account that the salary you claimed you're been paid does not reflect in your statement of account accordingly it will also be refused. You said your monthly take home pay is 500k and money in company's a/c is 6m, coy's money is low compare to your income which is high. So to cut the story short ECO have investigated properly because the money issue has made the ECO to cast doubt on the document you provided. Cheers.

That was kind of you Jerry, thank you very much. Jerry you should have told the house what God equally did for you. A brief testimony would be lovely. Because when both old and new fellow thread mate read stories like yours, mine and femi_nam it will make them feel very comfortable and would like to read more because of the success rate. Also appeal review timeline is very important because this question is often asked. A lot of people get nervous because of timeline, hence this throw them into a state of panic and begin to fret unnecessarily. I'm saying this because I was in such state before. We have about 4 forum mate who are equally waiting to be called, more success stories will give them hope and God will perfect it for them in Jesus name...Amen. I will hang on this forum until they all receive their visa respectively. Thought you've gone never new you're still around. Take care. Cheers.

I already told you last week that if Cairo Embassy didn't ring or send a call letter to your wife a month after the 19 weeks, that means the case will proceed to court hearing. And I told you inshallah he will judge in your favour, initial decision will be overturned by Allah. Put your trust in Allah, Allah is always with his people who serve him with all their heart, soul, might and mind. Allahakbar, your wife will be granted visa...ok. Cheers.

Thank you Mario. Your wife's refusal is same as mine isn't it? Or was she refused on 2 or 3 grounds? My refusal was on the ground of no evidence of communication since my husband left for UK. I hope that is same ground as your wife's? If yes, I only provided emails and money transfer documents that's all. If its just on this ground and you've provided all relevant documents I just wonder why your case will be listed for court hearing. I assure you inshallah even if it goes to court for hearing Allah will favour you through the judge and your appeal will be allowed inshallah. Trust Allah he's watching over your case right now and he will make you beam with smile trust me. Allahakbar. I am still here with you in truth and in spirit. Take care. Cheers.

God bless you for rejoicing with me. Oh Femi when I was told to submit my passport I danced like David danced according to the Bible...ah ha ha ha. I got a relief. So the next step is for the visa to be issued, I can see its time consuming also. My friend got her visa exactly 10 working days. Another thread mate forum name is erico2k2 got his visa exactly a month, though he said he. Was given exactly a month because his wife threatened to go to her local MP in London. Normal protocol is minimum 2 weeks and Maximum 6 weeks. You can ring them to find out if you want to, that was what I did in my case and I got good news, if I had waited they would have rang me mid May to submit my passport, but God favoured me with good news and joy. Ring them and see how it goes. They must have finished with your visa the delay is for them to ring you, so give it a try. Cheers.

* Your national passport or travel document with at least 6 months to expiration;
* (If you are an alien resident in the country that you are applying from,) evidence of permission to remain in the country: ie, a residence permit or an appropriate long-term visa;
* Passport sized colour photographs, not more than 6 months old;
* (If employed,) a letter from your employer granting leave of absence from your job for a specified period. The letter should also say how long you have been employed by that employer, in what job(s) and should indicate when you are expected back at work;

* (If applicable,) evidence of any property you own in your home country (if applicable)
Note: the property is expected to represent anything that could be considered a tie; such property may not be an isolated land or building that are not deemed to be taking more of your responsibilities: it is different if you own (let's say) business property that requires your obligatory management;
* Details of any firm travel plans you have made, ie itinerary:
Warning! Do not book a flight because, you will forfeit your money if your visa is refused. Itinerary does not only mean flight ticket, it means travel plans which are, the preparations that you have put in place: such could be site seeing or tour guide arrangements, or onward flight tickets if applying for a transit or stopover visa;

* (If applying to join a spouse or family,) Birth certificate or Age Declaration document
* It is very important to be able to show Ties or Obligations to return to.
Note: Although, family or social ties and responsibilities are recommended, but logically, family ties aren't considered as strong as other ties because, there are vast cases of seekers involving in immigration fights to bring their family to join them, but yet, the magnitude of the family may be considered
* (If an ex-convict) The official record of any conviction(s), detailing the crime(s) you were convicted of and the sentence(s) you received

Any other document that does not carry any of the mentioned authentication is allowed to be submitted in photocopy state: Your hard documents will be returned back to you in due time.

Mirabeelz advice me to ring the Embassy I did but all to no avail. Later you advice me to complain to the Tribunal and copy Embassy, a pastor said to me last week sunday that the spirit of God said I should ring the Embassy that my papers are ready for collection, I looked at the pastor said thank you and walked away. When johnwray insisted I make a complaint I summon up courage and rang them today and got a lovely news from BDHC. Thank you Johnwray for you gave me the zeal to take the bull by the horn. He's faithful, righteous, patience, kind and Just. I bow before him in worship right now with all my soul, heart, might and mind. Thank you Jesus.

Thank you Johnwray for your advice. I did rang the Embassy today Lo and Behold I was told my name is among the people to be called to submit their passport next week. But I pleaded with the young man to allow me submit this week he said no they will ring me, as I was talking to the young man I was praying. Guess what he said madam the protocol is for us to ring first, well, you can submit your passport tomorrow between 10am and 2pm or whenever you can. But a friend said tomorrow is bank holiday in Nigeria that means I will submit it on thursday morning. Praise Jesus. This is my little good news. Thank you guys for all your support and kind words.
