@mato justo When you lodge an appeal it takes 6 tweeks to send you an acknowledgement letter. This will indicate that your appeal has been lodged with the Tribinal and 19 weeks will be given to the ECM to review you case. CheersB |

@bubblygirl78 just to find out if @ tigoomoniyi has been issued his visa? |
I am sorry I've been away for a while due to circumstances beyond my control, but still waiting to get the ball rolling. In the nut shell I've been offered a permanent position, but I'm waiting for DBS to come out on time, to enable me commence my job. @mato justo Just Ask God for what you want and see if he will not answer you. I challenge you to pay your tithe next month before paying it speak into that tithe and ask God for one particular thing you're in need of, pay the tithe and see the wonders of God. @everyone who has been granted visa A big CONGRATULATIONS to you all. He who watches over ISRAEL never sleep nor slumber. so God will never sleep nor slumber on any of my forum mates case in Jesus Name I pray......Amen. @justwise, johnwray and girlfio Job well done, keep up the good work. The Lord is your strength. miss ya. @supermario1 I already told you before that your appeal will be allowed and indeed it was. praise Allah. the next step is for your wife to receive her determination letter then the second step is for embassy to issue visa on time. Good luck. cheers @matadaz, God is your strength. I mean you,ve been very patient, God is watching you. he will put a new song in your mouth IJN....amen. @bubblygirl78 Well, good plan for reapplying whilst you await the outcome of your appeal case. sorry my phone was broken can't access my BB for now. I've got iphone and Samsung its of no use to you isn't it? email is cool. |
@mirabeelz See you soon. Welcome to England. How was your journey? take care. Cheers. @matadaz I salute you too. you're the next on the line. God will show you mercy you've never witness before. cheers. @supermario1 your wife's court case was on the 24th of June, how was it? was the appeal allowed? please let us know how far you've gone with the case. please dont keep silent. we are here for each other. please I would like to hear from you. God is your strength. cheers. I pray they allow your appeal. |
@mirabeelz lovely jobbly. take it easy pastress ha ha ha ha ha ha ha. waiting for you over here dearie. cheers |
@roborobokop you said If you hadn't informed them of the damage to your passport and your intention to get a new one, would there have been a problem and why? yes there would have been a problem. Why because they have copy of your old passport with them already, so if you submit a new passport without notifying them about the damage done to the old passport will lead to tremendous delay in your visa. Do you have any idea why the waiting times varies from 2 weeks for some and up to 6 weeks for others? Just wondering what other procedure(s) they have to undergo to make the wait as long as that. Good question. If The Embassy overturn their decision and ring the appellant to submit passport for visa, the waiting time is 2 weeks then you collect your visa early part of the 3rd week. but if your case goes to court hearing, the day your 19 week lapsed, that means you're looking at another 6 month again, so if your case was overturn by the jugde, it takes time for you to get your determination letter and also take the Embassy 4 to 6 weeks to receive their own copy. so with in that 6 month you'll be issued visa. The Embassy will never ring you to submit your passport if they've not received their own copy. Dont forget due to their work load the Embassy are very slow in doing things......trust me. they take their time to do things. God will perfect it for you soon and you'll sing a new song like mirabeelz in the forum. cheers. |
@mirabeelz I was more than worried. Thank God for the great news. I've replied your email to me. Glory be to God. I know you'll merit it because you addressed all the issue raised by the ECO. Thank Jesus. we never prayed for nothing, we called on him in truth and in spirit and he answered us. may his name be praised. I love God, he never fail his people who put their trust in him. Congratulations. hip hip hip hurrayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy. enjoy yourself darling. I pray to God to do that of matadaz and bubblygirl78 and all other forum mates who are also waiting for their visa in jesus name......Amen. love you all. praise God. Cheers. |
@girlfio God is the greatest of all. you will be singing your own song soon by his grace. This forum has helped alot of people. The God of this forum has been very good and kind to all forum mates. May his name be glorified and praised forever. Little more time you'll be done with all this issue of visa stuff. I know you're strong, just put your trust in God he will see you thru. Cheers dearie. |
@roborobokop Well, congratulations. Thank God BHC receives their own copy on time and they called you without you stressing yourself over them ringing you. back to your questions. 1. Will there be a problem because of my new passport which is not the one used for the initial application? NO PROBLEM. The reason why is because you've sent them an email in advance to let them know your passport has been damaged and you're in the process of getting a new one in which they agreed. 2. How long will I have to wait for the visa to be issued? Minimum wait is 2 weeks and maximum wait is 6 weeks. 3 Are there other avenues for worries about the issuance of this visa? NO WORRIES. Put all your worries on God and he only can give you rest.....trust God. The most important thing in your case was that BHC rang you themselves and ask you to submit your passport.........in the nut shell .........relax and pray it comes out in 2 weeks. there's nothing God can not do. have a nice day. cheers. |
@kutklose This has been my prayer everyday for all the forum mates. God is always on the throne. He has perfect his work in your life in his own time. Thank God for his mercies upon your life. Congratulations. submit your passport on time and get it in 2 weeks. I am so happy you addressed the ECO's point properly. You're blessed. I'm over the moon right now because of the good news. cheers mate. @matadaz I salute you too. God will definately show you mercy and grant you your heart desire. cheers. |
@tigoomoniyi I told you before in my last mail to you that if the Embassy didn't receive their own copy they will not ring you to submit your passport. stop worrying. your case is settled already. I know you're very anxious to join your family. Even if you send them your copy they will still wait to receive their own copy before asking you to submit your passport for visa. Please be calm. I'm afraid this is the bitter truth. send them the copy and pray fervently for God to perfect it for you in his own time. take care. Cheers. |
@Tiny0 I already told you not to worry that they will issue you visa and that of your son will be done too. do not withdraw anything now, because when you get to london you'll start all over again trying to sort baby's passport out instead of you looking for a job and use your time wisely. God who watches over Israel will never sleep in your case. cheers. |
@jenni1108 just to let you know that settlement application takes minimum of 3 months and maximum of 6 months. in the nut shell, its 90 working days. so you have to be patient. my application process took almost 90 working days. good luck. pray to God to do it in his own time. thank. cheers |
@tigoomoniyi You've been looking unto God for a favourable decision and you believe and trust in him, so God favoured you with your request and heart desire. He started it and he will perfect it for you. BDHC hasn't received their own letter yet, thats why its delaying. definitely you'll be granted visa its just a matter of time. wether you ring them from now till tomorrow they will only ring you as soon as they received their own notification. pray they receive their letter on time. there's a silent forum mate who's in same position as you, hers is getting to 2 month now, this is always the case when an appeal is been won in court, it takes ages. Did the judge order them to issue you the visa immediately? if no, they will take their blooming time, and can be frustrating. that will not be your portion. God who started it will perfect it for you. be patient God is on the throne. congratulations. i am very very happy for you. cheers. |
@johnwray Hey mennnnnn.........that was a job weldone on your part regarding your cousin's case. more kudos. God gave you the wisdom and you will continue to shed more light on people's cases by his grace. The more you help people the more God blesses you in abundance. Thanks for all your contributions on this forum. Your cousin will be granted vise in a short while. have a good evening. Cheers. |
@afolabi009 Oh yes I'm very well thank you. doing great. and you? well, God is the way, the truth and the life. He will be with you in whatever step you take. have a good evening. Cheers. |
@bubblygirl78 yes i am enjoying it but not really because i hadnt the time going outside to enjoy the weather cos i'm job hunting daily without relenting. I am a woman with the vision of a man. I need to achieve all that i've lost. soonest God will put a new song in my mouth. keep ringing them. Cheers. @Afolabi009 Where have you been? I remembered you said you was going to re-appeal again or re-apply. so which of the category are you right now? I am surprised you're congratulating TinyO out of the blues. Cheers. |
@supermario1 oh please where are you Mario, say something, dont leave us in the dark....please. We all love you. Cheers. |
@TinyO oh baby you're sweet for sharing your story to ginger the spirit of other forum mates. I love it. I know they will grant you and baby your heart desire IJN....Amen. |
@matadaz I am happy our word put smiles on forum mates faces. Keep praying as usual for God to see you thru. Cheers . @mirabeelz Where are you honey bonny? Hope you're alright. |
@bubblygirl78 Embassy number is 012710919. Keep ringing until they answer you. TinyO didn't give them breathing space and they will have to give her baby British passport before she leaves. Hers and baby will be issued together inshallah. Cheers. |
@girlfio God bless you for your kind words towards me and the forum. As per your husband's case if that is the only reason he was refused he will be granted visa. But he has to do the time in Nigeria for 6 month then get a good result. So long as you have addressed the relevant issues raised by the ECO accordingly that's fine. He will be granted visa, he just have to do the time. I hope you're keeping well for him? Encourage him because the time is like one is in prison without parole......hahahajahahahahaha. I was once like that. Nigeria is very expensive trust me. The constant interruption of power supply was my greatest problem then. Generator keeps running everyday it drives me nut. Dont even bother going out cos the sun was hell. Anyway, God will work wonders in your husbands case IJN ...., Amen. Stay blessed. |
@bubblygirl78 Read my email to matadaz and keep ringing. Bless ya. Cheers. |
@matadaz Keep ringing 012710919. Start ringing from 10am continously they will answer your call.......trust me. 3 weeks after your 19 weeks is over if you've not heard from the embassy the Tribunal will write your lawyer and send papers regarding the hearing date. That was what happened in my case because the Tribunal had given the embassy a certain period of time and even allocated date in which the embassy was suppose to get on touch with them. If they don't get a reply on the said date then they will send you and your lawyer a hearing date. I pray that won't be your portion. Keep ring every Monday to Friday till you're answered. ....ok. Start to ring them from 10am continously dearie you'll get an answer. Read psalm 121 23 and 20 before ringing them. I sent emails to all their email addresses I didn't get a reply from them only computer generated feedback that's all. This is the time to put in your best. Or go to the embassy and explain that you've been ring but all to no avail that you would like to know if they're done with your appeal review. Make sure you take your passport with you and the 19 weeks letter.....ok. Please O I want God to bless everyone with their visa O. Cheers. |
@bubblygirl78 Yours will come soonest IJN. I've not heard from mirabeelz, she told me she applied outside Nigeria, I pray it goes well with her and I put all of you in prayer everyday. TinyO chatting with me on my BBM and tell me the state of things with her papers. And we encourage each other a lot. God will answer everybody's prayer regarding their papers. On the 24th of June is supermario1's wife court hearing. I'll continue to pray for them. I am concerned about mirabeelz cos her time is up and I don't know what's going on right now. Kutklose and matadaz time is still pending. I love you all. Cheers. |
@everybody in the house TinyO has been called to submit her passport for Visa to be given. Praise God...Allaluya. Her 19 weeks end 26th of June, isn't this a great news? I urge her to keep calling and she never relent. She ring them everyday because the phone keeps ringing unanswered.....so she carried on ringing O. Thank God for his mercies O. God will touch everybodys review in Jesus name ....Amen. Cheers. |
@kutklose You know there's nothing God can not do, put all your heavy ladden on him and he will give you rest. Ring the Embassy and find out what is going on dearie......ok. Read psalm 121, you can see that your help come from God. At his appointed time he will do it swiftly. take care. love you all. cheers. |
@matadaz Yes I am writing you guys indeed from the UK. Ring the Embassy and they will tell you if your name is in their list on their computer. If no, they will tell you the state of the review. Please give them a ring next week Monday to know the state of your appeal review. Take care. Cheers. |
@johnwray Thank you for the great, terrific and brilliant answers provided to worried members. God bless you. @bubblygirl78 Sorry for not replying on time, my phone played a prank on me yesterday. Johnwray furnished you with a brilliant answer isn't it? Lovely, so adhere to that advice. Cheers. @mirabeelz Hope all is well with you and matadaz and kutklose? Please let me know what's going on. Thank. Love you all. Cheers. |
@yemilasko What is the subject of the letter? I guess it must be your hearing date. You'll get a determination letter soon. Did you sent proof to them? You can ring Tribunal to find out about the state of the hearing, if its allowed or dismissed. Do not ring Embassy until you get a letter of determination. Cheers. |
@Adisaogo01 Thank you very much. God is great. I still praying that God help all my forum mates that are passing thru this perilous time. They will all have good song to sing at the end of the day. Thank Jesus for his mercies upon us. Cheers. @bubblygirl78 From January to May 2013 these are the people God bless with Visa -Adisaogo01 -jerrysmithings -Femi_nam -Lamosy And God is about to bless another member soon. Cheers. |
