@supermario1 Inshallah, by his special grace our dream must come true. I know the Lord never fail. Thanks for answering my questions. I will continue wait till I'm contacted. Thanks once again. Cheers. |
@mirabeelz Oh I'm sorry Mirabeelz I just remember your case too, your 19 weeks should be over by now, have you been contacted by the Embassy? Did you reapplied? Or have you contacted the Tribunal? If yes, what was their response? Please just want to know if I can contact any of the above mentioned. Since I received my acknowledgement letter I haven't contacted the Embassy or Tribunal either because the letter state I should contact Tribunal should I have any queries. But my lawyer said I should wait for the 19 weeks given to lapse before contacting them. Supermario1 said his wife's 19 week was up in March, he received hearing date this April getting to 2weeks now, he was sad when he received it, now this is the third week in April his lawyer was contacted by the Embassy requesting for his wife's address. I see it as been positive and good progress, what do you think? Cheers. |
@mirabeelz God bless you Mirabeelz. That was kind of you to say that big AMEN you said. Thank you very much dearie. The way I pray regarding my case is same way I pray regarding Supermario1's case, because he was highly devastated and confused at one point in time like me. But God Almighty will see us through the valley of the shadow of the ECM & ECO and we shall be set free. Bless your heart. Cheers. |
@supermario1 I am very well thank you. I have been praying on your wife's case and mine too. I told God to prove himself in your case to show me his faithfulness with mercy and overturn the initial decision of the ECO to our favour. Praise God. Embassies in different countries has different ways of contacting the appellant when required to submit passport to obtain Visa, either by phone, Email, Letter and so on. Cairo Embassy may want to confirm her residential address in order to send a letter in a post to her asking her to submit her passport or just to find out if the address given to them is still valid. I pray to God to make them ask your wife to submit her passport for visa. Please make sure you begin to see things in a positive way, don't be negative please and God will surely wipe away your tears. I will continue to pray for you both. I told before that I have seen a case been withdrawn after the 19 weeks has lapsed and the appellant was called to submit her passport. May I ask if you have been contacting Cairo Embassy always regarding your wife's case or your lawyer contacted them on your behave or you waited for the 19 weeks to lapse before contacting them or you didn't contact the Embassy at all until they requested for your wife's address? My own Lawyer said I shouldn't contact the Embassy until they are done with my case. Ever since then I've been waiting for the Embassy to ring me but no call yet, and my 19 weeks is coming to an end this Month. I know God is faithful and merciful he will do it for me. Take care. Cheers. |
@supermario1 You're most welcome. The strain one go through because of visa refusal is terrible. I use to cry day and night but now I'm strong. Whatever has a beginning must have an end, so your end must come with a good testimony by the spirit of God. Fingers cross and let's see what's going to happen before the end of this month. Oh Mario when I was refused I was highly devastated and confused, I couldn't eat or sleep, my sweetie and God was my comforter then. Now I'm strong because I know there will be an end to all my trouble and I will give a positive testimony by his grace. Take care. Extend my greetings to Madam. Cheers. |
@supermario1 Very sorry to hear about the case proceeding to court. Its very frustrating, humiliating, Sad and very painful. I can imagine the way you feel because I'm in same shoe. It is possible for the Embassy to withdraw their decision before the end of this month, if they still maintain their stand that means it will definitely proceed for court hearing. I have seen a case where by the 19 weeks was over, then the Embassy withdrew their decision third week of the following month, its like a miracle, dream come true. Please don't worry too much...ok. Right now this situation is beyond human control, its only God that can grant you that miracle you're looking for...ok. I will pray along with you for the heart of the Embassy is in the hands of God he turn it to any direction he pleases. God will turn your situation around for good. I believe you'll your wife will be granted visa for the bible says what God has join together let no one separate. Not even the Embassy can put asunder in your marriage, it will only tarry but at the appointed time of God the Visa will be granted. Trust what I say to you right now because God is able to change your situation....in Jesus name....Amen. Make sure you pray everyday and tell God your request. Take care. Cheers. |
@justwise Bloody lunatic. Crook head slot, excuse my language. Thank God he got the 10 years he deserve from BHC. I told him the Immigration rules is no respecta of any thwart like him. Thank you for fishing out the bloody burger. Cheers. |
@justwise You mean whymyheart is a bloody Visa-Agent? You mean the guy is a crook? I mean that does not speak well of him. Didn't you tell him we don't joke with people's cases on this thread? Don't worry He will get what he deserves. Keep up the good work...ok. Have a nice day. Cheers. |
@whymyheart Its a pity things went the wrong way. I'm sorry UK Immigration rules can not be bend solely on the ground of a forged documents. Whether it is your fault or somebody's else's its absolutely non of the business of the rules. Hence the 10 years ban stand its ground. I'm afraid there's nothing you can do for now until the time come to an end. Lies and forged documents are serious offence when it comes to the rules, the rules is no respecta of anybody. The deed has been done can not be undone. So when the ban tenure is over and you want to reapply please I urge you to get serious police report to back up your application and include the affidavit of the original WAEC. Always make enquiry yourself rather than sending people to do things for you without been present. Sorry about this predicament. Though there's nothing God can not do. The heart of a king is in the hands of the Lord he turns it to any direction he pleases, so God can turn your situation around. Never loose hope. Your dream will come through because you've spoken the truth regarding your papers, God will never leave you he will help you...ok. Take care. Care. |
@shah39 That's fine what the ECO said. Wait for the CAS letter to come so you can submit the letter and Admin email together. Wish you good luck. Cheers. |
@shah39 Can't the university send you the CAS letter before June? If yes, try and sought it out ASAP so as to get your visa on time...ok. Congratulations. I pray to God to see you thru all this in Jesus name...Amen. Take care. Cheers. |
@supermario1 Thank you very much Mario. Good news shall be yours very soon. God will wipe away the tears of your wife over this visa and turn it to joy and happiness for both of you in Jesus name...Amen. Take care. Cheers. |
@supermario1 The end of April will make it 6 month, and if I've not heard from the Tribunal I'll ask my lawyer to contact them on my behalf. I'm praying to God to help me because its long I've seen my husband. If I count from when my appeal was received till now its more than 19 weeks, but if I count from the date on my acknowledgement letter 1st of May will make it 19 weeks. I am blooming tired of the wait. But a friend appealed July 12th 2012 Embassy rang her 12th November 2012, 26th of November 2012 she was called to pick up her Visa. I calculated her waiting time it was 19 weeks and 5 days. Though she said her husband is a military man that the military wrote a letter on her behalf to the Embassy. |
@supermario1 If you have a lawyer he or she can do that on behalf of your wife. The Embassy can be funny and may not want to give the outcome of the review to your wife, because the Tribunal gave them 19 weeks to review your case in which the Embassy was suppose to ring you within the 19 weeks had it been they overturn their initial decision, since they maintained their initial decision without ringing your wife to submit passport, now their business is with the Tribunal, because they have to write a statement to Tribunal explaining why they maintained their initial decision and send the bundles with the statement to Tribunal for hearing. In the nutshell, give Embassy 2 weeks to see if they can overturn their decision if they didn't, then you can contact Tribunal directly and table your matter to know the way forward. I pray God in his infinite mercy to cause the ECM or ECO to overturn their decision whether the ECM like it or not for the sake of your wife in Jesus mighty name I pray...amen. Man can fail you but God almighty can NEVER fail you Mario....ok. Myself and your wife are in same situation. I'll keep you and your wife posted if there's anything new. Make sure you're there for your wife and give her word of encouragement and Love. Cheers. |
@abbeyuk Waiting timeline is 6 weeks. A guy on this thread who I gave advice to sometime ago, his case is same as yours. He got his visa a month and 5 days. I pray for the spirit of God to send his angels to hasten your visa in Jesus name...Amen. It shall be so by the grace of God. Take care. Cheers. |
@abbeyuk Was it visiting visa you applied for? If yes, do not contact the Embassy for now they will contact you soon trust me. Just be patient because they do not like pressure. Thank God they withdrew their initial decision, this means the visa is all yours, so don't worry. Thank God for good news like this. Rejoice in the Lord he's done it for you. Cheers. |
@supermario1 The Tribunal must have giving you and the Embassy a date the review will come to an end isn't it? If the date has expired then you can contact the Tribunal regarding the next step about your case, make the Tribunal aware that you've not heard from the Embassy regarding your case so that. Your case will be in the list for hearing. If you have a lawyer, your lawyer can do all this bustling on your behalf. I have heard of cases gone pass 19 weeks then within the following month the appellant was called to submit their passport and issued visa. Well, if the Tribunal did not hear from the Embassy they will write you in the next 2 months notifying you of the hearing date. Hope this piece of information help. Cheers. |
@mirabeelz Bless your precious heart too. Thank you for your kind gesture. There was a guy on this thread who was so disturbed, he appeal in August 2012 didn't hear from BHC or Tribunal until he rang Tribunal 21st January 2013, was told a letter has been sent to inform him that his appeal has been withdrawn. This fellow was so troubled, I told him to my own opinion he will be issued a visa that he would be called soon, he said he was relief off the stress after the advice and prayer. Guess what? The guy was called to submit his passport for visa, he was overjoyed, and sent a message thru the thread to notify me. He was issued visa after a month. He was grateful to God. The God that helped the guy will do same for you in Jesus name...amen. It will only tarry a while but God will make haste to come to your aid without delay in Jesus name...amen. The Lord is your protector and defender, he will defend you in this case because this is the time for him to act. His faithfulness will be your shield, light and buckler. Now you're happy you'll receive good news soonest by his special grace. Take care pumpkin. Cheers. |
@Balinga2013 The procedural rules allow 28 days for the appeal bundle to arrive in the UK and be processed by the Tribunals Service, so your lawyer or other representatives can attend the hearing on his behalf. If your hubby is able to attend that gives credibility. Don't panic darling you will be fine by the special grace of God. Your hearing date can be fixed for end of May 2013 I guess he should be back by then isn't it? Take a deep breath you'll be fine. Take care. Cheers. |
@mirabeelz Well understood. Sorry about some typographical error it was my phone messing up. Since you've provided the documents they requested for no qualms. Fingers crossed. Is there anything too hard for God to do? NO ma'am, with God the impossibility become possible. I command the ECM in charge of your case by the spirit of God to overturn their decision whether they like it or not in the mighty name of Jesus...Amen. The Lord has risen indeed so will you papers arose from where its been kept to victory, and you'll be called to submit your passport in the mighty name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ...Amen. Believe, have faith and you'll receive. I know how you feel because we are in same boat. God will wipe away your tears and turn it to Joy in Jesus name...Amen. Take care sweetie. Cheers. |
@mirabeelz Very sorry about your present state. May I ask if you sat for IELTS? Because you said you submitted your B.SC degree certificate and other transcripts from your university that you scored 10 points. I have Masters but my lawyer is its mandatory I take the test and I did. My friend from Aberdeen was refused because of this same English test of a thing and she's a graduate, she took her time and sat for the test then reapplied and she was granted Visa within 3 month. I don't know what to say regarding your case, because I know you must have concrete evidence for exemption. Don't forget when reviewing your case in respect to the English test the ECM would require the originals. You appealed 18th of October 2012 that means your 19 weeks will come to an end third week in April. I pray to God to touch the ECM heart to overturn their decision in the mighty name of Jesus...Amen. I will advice you wait for the 19 weeks to lapse then if you've not heard from the Embassy you can contact the Tribunal directly. I know its frustrating and also a nightmare, but if you choose to reapply (TRUST ME) you have to take the test and pass it before reapplying, if you don't write the test and reapply you'll be wasting money and time. So make sure you're pound wise and penny foolish. Cheers. |
@50cynt Its very annoying. Very sorry for the time wasted. Thank God they replied you at least you now know your fate. If you can put in fresh application that would be lovely but don't forget to hit the nail on the right spot this time, I mean address all the points raised by the ECO before you reapply...ok. May I ask if you applied for administrative review or appealed directly to the Tribunal? To my own understanding regarding the reply you received from BHC it sounds like Administrative review. If you had applied directly to the Tribunal you would have gotten your visa by now. Anyway, put your house in order and reapply. Take heart....ok. Cheers. |

@50cynt Bless your heart too. I can imagine how you feel inside right now. If you take this step forward they will tell you if they received your appeal or not, if yes they received it that would be great, then you can request for your acknowledgement letter, if they insist they sent it to you please be very polite and ask they can send it to you again or furnish you with the content so as to know what's going on. If your request is obliged....brilliant, that would be lovely. Then you can ask for the outcome of the appeal and time spent so far. Good luck in your endeavours. Take care. Cheers. |

@50cynt Very sorry about your situation, may God turn your situation around for good in Jesus name ...amen. Have you ever heard of the stone that was rejected by the builders in the Bible? That is you and now you'll be the great corner stone because right now the builders need that stone. Hence, God will meet you at your point of need. You have to contact the Tribunal and ask regarding your appeal, that you've not received an acknowledgement letter since you put in your appeal in April 2012 and also you've not heard from BHC regarding your review. Please ask politely so that you can get more information from them. I hope you have their number? I am very unhappy regarding your case, there's nothing too hard for Lord to handle. Cheers. |
@Blower46 Brilliant, excellent, great. Good plan. Don't forget to address all the points raised by the ECO....ok. God will see you thru. Take care. Cheers. |
@Yemilasko The 6 weeks I was talking about is me. I meant My waiting deadline is another 6 weeks. After hearing it takes a month sometimes slightly more than a month to receive determination letter. It takes the embassy 6 weeks to receive their own copy. Cheers. |
@kutklose The wait is incomparable to one's feelings. Yes you heard me right another 6 weeks wait cos my letter state till 2nd of May. That means your deadline would be early July if your 19 weeks end in June. If they don't ring you by June to bring your passport you have to give them till July ending. Oh thank you very much I'm throwing kisses for praying along with me. Take care. Cheers mate |
@kutklose The actual count is suppose to be from when the Tribunal receives your appeal, which I counted from and the 19 weeks lapsed yesterday. So BDHC has another 6 weeks to contact me if they over turn their decision or send their bundles to the Tribunal if they maintain their grounds. I pray fervently for hearing not to be my portion in Jesus name...Amen. The content of Your right of appeal is same as mine. I thought BHC Abuja is faster than BDHC Lagos in terms of processing and reviews of appeal. Cheers |
