The road is good, the issue is that so many people reside there subsequently, the road cannot contain the volume of cars plying there daily. However, it boils down to our lack of foresight.it has been in existence since the military era till date, previous govts failed to expand the road as the population increased over the years. We always criticize the present govt for mistakes made by past govts. Angel el rufai as the fct minister fail to do kubwa-zuba road but when yaradua and Gej came in and Adamu alero minister of fct, kubwa road was award and completed under gej. However, angel el rufai's son on a very good week was doing 150kmph on the same road his dad ignored and he died in a ghastly accident around gwarimpa axis.

@ OP, i have never believed for once that nigeria is a failed state. Though we have issues but these issues are not too much to tackle. Though tackling these issues will result into so many things from people that wants the status quo to remain same.
The emergence of APC is good for the polity of this country at the moment. At least to checkmate the ruling party to a certain extent.

Making it known or not before hand is my sincere right. I choose to be neutral because i have seen the after effects of war and is always fueled by people with their mouth and keyboard.

I did not see Buhari's first stint, so i cant be too sure of what happened then apart from what we are been told both online and offline.
GEJ made many mistakes as a president by not keying into the enabling platform that Nigerians gave him, before the advent of "we will make this country ungovernable".
Having said that, the problem of this country is not individuals but the system. I have seen things in the process of doing my job and i have come to believe that to get this country right is not too far fetched.
I'd like to know how Buhari will fight corruption single handedly in this country if he wins next year. Is it with the corrupt judicial system that fines a criminal 700k after stealing over 2billion.
Is he going to prosecute only his political enemies like his brother in arms(obj) did.
If he wins and starts fight corruption, will he prosecute Tinubu, with all this story of milking Lagos. If he will so all this and get it right, then i think he is the man.

I have noticed that when one fails to believe in GEJ, that person is automatically a Northerner or a S.westerner, if you believe you are a S. Easterner or from S.s.

I did not get to know the extent this rail project has gone until i saw an aerial view of it. I saw it while in an aircraft descending to ABV, that instant my eyes opened. So for those of you that are criticizing and those justifying, one thing i know is that Nigeria is moving.

Three days ago, i was at Arab road in kubwa abuja, there i saw how serious this rail project is. Thirdly, Abuja express between berger and Area 1 has been cut for the rail to pass under, the road was successfully diverted for easy flow of traffic.

The root cause of all this is that North is breeding children without taking proper care of them. Do you guys think that if Buhari wins the next election that boko will stop?. He can quench boko because he is from the North, his people wont say much, yoruba wont talk because Buhari's govt may favour them, igbos wont talk because he is their brother and other tribes may not give a shyt about it. Come to think of it, does Shekau respect Buhari?, that after he made the attempt to kill Buhari some weeks ago.
How can Deribe be stupendously rich and many of his people languish in poverty. How can a sane rich man be sharing money and food and in worst case build a mosque in his house for the poor ones to come and worship. My question is, what is the economic benefit of these 3 things i listed herein. Take them to school, register and let them learn one trade or the other to keep them busy, by doing these things you have sown a seed that will keep their minds busy for a very longtime. My igbo friend told me that if you are rich people will come to learn trade or ask you to show them the way to better their lives and not asking for handouts that wont last. Teach me how to fish and don't give me fish. Many yorubas and professionals in their field of work because at earlier age they learnt how to do one or two things from their dad or uncles etc.

I still believe that these boko boys are products of almajiri system. Now the population of untrained children with not home training and lack of respect for elders has ended up hurting and hunting the north.

The truth be told, parental training goes a long way in the life of every individual.the care alone from parents can change a would be bad child to a responsible citizen but it has remained a fleeting illusion in the North which has made Almajiri the most effective way of training children.

Slain soul are looking up to God to do something. My friend from Ondo state was butchered in Bauchi after Buhari lost in 2011 election. His crime was that he was a corper in the North. That been said, northern corpers served in the south and went back up North at the end with no single casualty. South never hunted the North but now North hunts and hurts the North.
