Guys, let us cut the woman some slack na. The fact that somebody does business online does not mean they shoul live on WhatsApp. Let us be a little patient when we seek a response to our chats.

Attached are screenshots of the chats I exchanged with her 2 days ago. Notice the time stamps.

@Anuoreangel, you sef be responding to your WhatsApp messages and return calls as soon you are disposed na. Stop giving people the chance to be dragging you here. You can even differentiate your business from your competitors through fast response time.

TBH, I was surprised with the way people have been dragging her, I chatted with her and she responded nicely though I’m yet to buy from her. Buh i was cool with our conversation

The screen case (plastic wrapping the screen) is broken and loose also.

Will the 5k cover for that also?

If not, please what's the cost of getting a new screen wrap?

I just want my machine back to normal as I can't take it out.

Thanks once again.

The hinges for opening and closing my laptop's screen are broken. (Hp250)

All I do is support the screen from falling by putting an object behind it.

How much will it cost to replace and put the screen and hinges back to life, please?

Is the screen faulty also?

Which side of the hinges got broken?

With me, you don't even need escrow cos I do payment on delivery within Lagos and Ogun state. Planning to add Ibadan too. I prefer you even get an experienced person to test for you before you pay. I don't even like doing waybill cos 99% customers don't want to use standard logistics like GIG, TRANEX, Efex etc. And the few times I could remember having issues with a customer, it always has to do with waybill.

I will upload pictures of the HP laptops as he sent them to me and also upload pictures of the Lenovo mini laptops. You'll see that the Lenovo mini has far more scratches than the hp but because he could sell the Lenovo, he didn't complain about neatness.

He could not sell the hp maybe at the price he intended to so he said I over charge. These are not fast selling laptops cos people always say they are bulky. Him sensing this to be a bad business in his hands, decided to find an excuse to demand a refund.

Clearly from the images below, you'll see that aside the dents, the hp looks better than the Lenovo but not mint cos I never told him that. The Lenovo even has more scratches and even missing logo. I know his anger is because he could not sell the hp at the price he intended to.

Oga forget all these things, 8460 wey I know no fi geh issue due to logistics. Baba na you juzz run that package.
I was opportune to enter an engineer office more like a Boss, the customer brought a Laptop to him to change the screen, he fixed screen with line at the lower part. Immediately he gave the Cust, they saw it and he was like Ahh na this screen sha( after he has coupled ooo). Now imagine if those custs did not confirm at that spot and they got to know when they get home.

I’m very sure he’ll deny it the next day

FluxEmpire:
Wow!!! For the core to be known, then it means the board was fine...there's no way one would know the core if the board was bad since there are two ways to check; at BIOS setup and at Windows... This means the laptop was sold as working...

Something is not adding up. Well, I'm going round to check for it. Solution is what matters most.

It can be written on the system palm rest(small sticker)

I don’t see anything wrong in buying laptop with no ram and hard disk when you can easily get them here.
The keyboard light will on without the two things missing and it was stated that the system has keyboard light. So, definitely the seller is sure that the system is working perfectly but on getting here and they realized motherboard is not working. I don’t think that’s the buyer’s fault

Marvis1010:
how?

I mean i can't do anything on it just useless since it starts displaying dat nonsense blue background

You can look for a Nearby Laptop Technician to do that, buh if you’re in Lagos , you can drop a WhatsApp message or call 08187223838

Marvis1010:
Pls my pc won't boot normally again.

Bruh, no be Shalaye, e just shock me the extent someone would go to pull other people down just to come and see you do the same thing you criticized , O wrong na.
Bruh, give me 60k and I would get you WiFi only 7 (baseband issue), and a UK used I watch 1 with just one stroll in Computer Village,
But na your price, who am I to argue
But e shock me bro

The thing shock me, WiFi only and series 1 for that big price

Tekrify:
I have formatted the system before .not up to a month ago..and am running autoCAD 2017..
In short it been running fine until now adays..
Secondly I said the system freezes some times after booting up... remember it core 15.. sometimes it hang just by exploring files on file explorer..

Try to increase the RAM, buh I’d want you to know that not all COREI5 system can do tedious graphics work. Some will take time when rendering, reason is because it doesn’t come with Dedicated Graphics

AIT1:
Please, do you have an idea for the price of VGA card for Hp Elitebook 8540p

Thanks.

Guess that should be around 15k
