The hdd has shifted some way , you’ll have to re-adjust

Hey guys.

Wondering if anyone can help me here. My PC got infected with a .nobu virus. All my files got encrypted and renamed to .nobu

I tried renaming back the files but they no longer work after renaming. Has anyone encountered this before?

Please what can I do rid myself of this virus and get back my files in one piece?

The hinges for opening and closing my laptop's screen are broken. (Hp250)

All I do is support the screen from falling by putting an object behind it.

How much will it cost to replace and put the screen and hinges back to life, please?

The screen is working perfectly but the hinges can't stand the screen.

Will the 5k cover for that also?

If not, please what's the cost of getting a new screen wrap?
