Jobs/Vacancies / Re: What Salary Range Can Make You Remain In Nigeria? by Lana75(f): 4:54pm On Dec 09, 2022
You have said it all bro. Well doneost=118809336]Anyone who will stay in Nigeria because of a higher salary is quite confused about the logic and purpose of their japa. This is basic maths, but nobody pays attention in maths class these days.

To be honest, alot of Nigerian's leaving the country is for a better life standard, and not necessarily money, people are seeking for safety, good health care system, quality education system etc. Trust me with your money in this country you can't afford those, you can't buy safety (ask some generals in the army why their kids are abroad & why they relocate after service and you get the answers you seek) , these are functions of government responsibilities, which they have failed without any form of remorse.

Nigerians are no longer safe in their country, you have a good job, you are prone to be kidnapped, you drive a good car, you can be robbed and killed, kids are spending close to a decade in public universities for a 5years program. The exodus campaign out of the country is based on having quality lifestyle, Nigerians are simply tired of not been safe in their country anymore. The good Job comes with its inherent risks of been killed, robbed, or kidnapped, so trust me is beyond the salary to stay back in a system designed to shorten your life span. fix the country and Nigerians will stay back.

it is not a salary issue. Are you aware there is no middle class in Nigeria again?, a good number of Nigerians are one chronic disease away from poverty. Have we not seen someone that returned back to Nigeria to work at the rate of same salary structure.

This case here depends on the person skill-set, and how important such person is to the firm.

Average entry level salary in UK is

$32,500 = ₦14,428,050.00 yearly.

Let's break it down.

$32500/12 = $2,708 making ₦1,202,189.52 monthly. (Subjected to all statutory deductions)

In short there are many companies that can afford this in Nigeria depending on how skilled you are.

Note: it's not bad to japa and it's not bad to stay back, but it's depends on your purpose.

Let me stop here.[/quote]

My own experience. In 2012, I was around 40 weeks preg. When I was asked to go for scan, I told I was going to have hydro cephalic baby. I cried when I was told that I would be having a cs. I had the cs eventually the baby came out to be OK. In 2015 I was pregnant with baby 2. I went for scan around 37 weeks I was told my baby weighed 5.2 I was so scared, this was reason for another elective cs. The baby weighed 4.8 at birth. Very big and handsome. This year again I was heavily preg with my last baby, this time baby was OK, normal weight, but since I have had 2 cs previously automatically, it is a cs. I was given a date on a Friday, on Wednesday b4 the Friday I was in Labor, since I had not labored before then, I didn't take it seriously. I went for antenatal in a government hospital, I told my doc that I having cramps and slight pains in the lower abdomen. I didn't take it seriously. So,I didn't bother. By the time I got home the pains had increased. I started cooking, b4 I finished cooking that soup the pains had increased to x4. I went to ease my self behold there was blood everywhere. I called hobby, to come home, I was crying. Hubby came we went to withdraw some money and straight to the hospital. The pains kept increasing. At a time I was no longer crying, I was screaming ,I was shouting, doctors come and check me , I don't want to have a ruptured uterus.I kept shouting. Long story cut short, I was taken to the theater around 10pm. It was a spinal anaesthesia, so I was awake. Something happened. Immediately my baby was brought out there was power failure. I panicked. The doctors, about 6 of them, put on light from their phones and continued what they were doing. The nurses attending to my baby showed her to me. I was happy that finally I would be carrying a baby girl. I don't know what happened, may be over excitement, I couldn't breathe again. I started shouting to the doctors that I couldn't breathe again. There was no light. They brought an oxygen probably using UPS, immediately I inhaled it I became OK again. That was how what was supposed to be an elective cs became emergency cs. Thank God both mother and baby are doing very well

I smiled when I saw you write ' I read my supernatural childbirth'...I think every mama out here should request this material if they do not have one already...it helps to build our faith and reminds us of God's promises concerning us mama...and every prayers to say, declaring God's words concerning us and our LO.

I remember I was so ill in my first trimester cos I totally forget this ebook until DH reminded me...now, I'm glowing(complexion wise), no worries whatsoever, healthy as God wants me to be, I teach, cook, clean, go grocery shopping..this is cause I keep declaring God's words concerning me and my baby.....

In fact, few days ago I didn't feel my baby's movement at all and I was saying it to DH that baby hasn't moved oo and the devil almost brought fears to my heart, I immediately remembered God's words, 'I will not cast my young or miscarry and the number of days I will fulfil"....I kept declaring, not long, my baby did a somersault...and I laughed..it's gettting into winter where I am, and everyone's getting flu and all, but I'm so healthy....though I also eat right(Oranges for Vit c) 'cos I told God I do not want a big bump, or fall ill....I'm 24 weeks going on 25

I have the ebook mamas, please ask if u do not have one....

God bless us all...

Registration + ANC is 10,400, urinalysis per ANC is 100, normal delivery is 24k while CS is 48k.

Senior Beedam abeg how much is their antenatal registration? Pls I'm seriously searching for a G/ hospital here in Lag where I can try VBAC
beedam:

Are you the one that stays in Ketu? If yes, don't know if "Randle GH" won't be too far for you. I stay in ojota and that's where I use. It's a general hospital but it's just for mother and child(maternity and post natal). It's a new place and you won't believe it's a GH. It's a big, neat, well equipped, cool headed staff, AC even dey my room. We were just 3 in my room( b4 delivery) and 2 in my room( after delivery). To crown it all, they don't go on STRIKE. Maybe it's because they deal with only pregnant ppl.

Once you get to barracks (bus stop after ojuelegba) take bike 50naira to the hospital (New Randle)

There is Old Randle where other GH things are being done aside delivery which has been shifted to d new place.

Alot of people come from far places like ikorodu sef and you mingle with other preggy women( antenatal used to be real fun) . I made friends who we even visit eachodas houses sef till now.

Delivery is less than 25k( I paid 24k + tear sewing money o)and CS is 48k( nt very very sure)

A visit will convince you grin.
