.Lol ask questions. What made you think u know Ibeju Lekki more than me? grin. I hope you know that excision doesnt guarantee u ownership of a land. It can still be retrieved by government cheesy.
You know Ibeju-Lekki and you are smarter than all the wealthy individuals that have Land there and even companies. Oga please try and change your mindset. It is people like you that will be dwelling in wonderment of how a rich man will fill up ocean to buuld his house while the rich man is after neigbourhood.
The truth is that some people sees what they cannot do as an impossibility. If you no get money to buy land, clear road for smart investors. They dont argue not talk too much like u do.

OldSkoolHeadBoy:
A wise man will put as much distance between himself and a Petroleum Product Refinery which discharges toxic wastes. A blowout accident is also a possibility.
You can't even get any Land very close to the refinery. Meanwhile Dangote will not be stupid to build an Estate for his workers very close to the refinery. This is not just that refinery you use to know. A visit to the site will explain a lot to you. Meanwhile Amen Estate, Free Trade Zone and even La campagne Tropicana cannot all be stupid at the same time. These Landmarks are all located within the refinery

Lol

Go buy land beside Refinery? The same Wet land? Anything to make sales sha. Make una shine una eyes
You think Lagos State Government will allow sales of Land close to the refinery if all the safety measures are not put in place. Dangote refinery will operate with the state of the art equipment which will not cause any form of environmental degradation.
Politics › Re: Dangote Refinery Can Bail Nigeria Out Of Economic Recession – IMF by landforeast(m): 6:08am On Feb 11, 2021
That is why wise people are already buying up Lands around the refinery. In case you don't know Dangote refinery is located a story throw from Lekki free trade zone and Lekki Deep seaport. Just close your eyes and imagine how much a plot of land will worth here in the future and the economic benefits that will be associated with having properties in the ibeju-lekki axis.
Now is the best time to invest
Check myself signature for contact details let me guide you on how to invest in Ibeju-Lekki

Please reduce the price for land in enugu. the state is a melting pot for igbos and south south especially people who reside in Abuja and the North. Why did i say this. You can leave Abuja at noon , get to Enugu in the next 6 or 7 hours, get to your house and rest. The next day you can decide to travel further to your home town if you like. Or you can spend some day and go back to Abuja.
Please bring this land investment to the us in Abuja and the Northern parts of Nigeria. Enugu is peaceful and a modern city.
The state should open up new areas for people. Same with other states in the east.
Thanks and God bless you people for this idea.
Your suggestion is noted, it is no doubt that Apart from the proximity of Enugu to Nothern Nigeria the state is also one of the best place to invest because of its economic and tourism potential. Also I will like to inform you that the price of our Lands is determined by different factors such as the value of Land in the area, Landmarks present and the cost of procuring global C of O and other documentations. You can chat me up on WhatsApp for more information.
