Russia is simply saying to them..."Just like you didn't allow us place weapons in Cuba, we too will not allow you place weapons in Ukraine". This is the simple SUMMARY of this war...They are saying," We will not allow Ukraine join NATO because it will bring you too close to us and that makes us VULNERABLE. We too will not take it".
