Do people still root their phones these days?

The risks far outweighs it's benefits IMHO, especially in this age of cybercrimes and hacking.

Besides, Samsung Knox security is deliberately built in Samsung phones manufactured since around 2019 to ensure that no user have root access, to make it hard for hacking.

It's one of reasons I don't use Chinese phones. It's either iPhone or Samsung for me. Security means a lot to me.
