Fiverr will mark your account and ban every account you give fake reviews.

The method used to work. But nowadays, don't try it if you value your fiverr account

I subscribed to creative fabrica and canva Pro. I download interiors from CF and modify them a bit on canva to make them unique. You also need to have done keyword research to know what to publish.
