I disagree with one assertion of yours. Fumbled on Climate change? You must be joking. Tinubu's answer was highly cerebral. He had even mentioned ways to curb it such as planting of trees. Reduction in the combustion of woods and coal etc.. His idiom in combination with his concise explanation was extra ordinary. Highly cerebral. Other candidates like Obi and Atiku couldn't even answer on climate change.
