Are you trying to say that subsidy should be returned? wake up from your slumber mr man, subsidy is gone forever. The subsidy was already taken from the budget of the last two months of buhari administration which made it very easy for balablu to bid farewell to subsidy regime.

subsidy had over stayed it usefulness, there would never be the best time to remove it. what i expect balablu to do after subsidy removal are:

1. stop borrowing and pay up our existing debts with the funds realized from subsidy instead of increasing government allocation through subsidy proceeds.
2. Cut government expenditure to the lowest ebb possible by reducing/merging government parastatals, ministries and agencies that solely depends on federal budget (unproductive)
3. gradually float the naira with stringent measures instead of floating it at once concurrently with subsidy removal ( sign of gross insensitivity)
4. fight corruption and insecurity
5. invest heavily in agriculture and infrastructure.

unfortunately, baba just dey lavish our money with his cronies while the masses were told to suffer and endure.

No new Billionaires, No intervention programmes even after several announcements from the FG, no shock absorber for the citizens etc.

5, Asides from the $5B Bonga Oil field investment by Shell, the $1.5 Usan Deep water Investment & $600M lithium Processing factory in Nassarawa by the Chinese no other FDI has been recorded in the last 2 years. Meanwhile, Kenya has attracted over $12B in the corresponding 24 months under review.

It's time for PBAT to have a mid-term review on this twin policies or else he will go down as the most insensitive government.
