He will appeal the judgement, and still appeal again at the Supreme Court if the first appeal fail. This might even finish his first term in the process, our laws need complete overhaul....
The court of appeal will take like 3 months. No more Supreme Court appeal for governorship election.

Moreover, even if he has used 2yrs before the judgement comes and Oyetola was confirmed, Oyetola will restart the admin and use 4yrs complete. In the face of the law, Adeleke was never Governor.

Funnily both Camps admit over voting were recorded at some polling Units. How they calculate who gets more than other is something not clear to me though.
All the polling units which overvoting happened was cancelled.

I withdrew 5k new notes yesterday, I got old notes change every time, by the end of the day, I was left with old notes, despite starting the day with new notes. Today, no one is accepting old notes again, so I guess I will have to count my losses. 😂
It's not even funny.

StarchAndBanga:
Na why I say INEC na rubbish..

How is over voting still possible with BVAs
Na only INEC fit answer that question because total votes were more than accredited votes in those polling units.

Both INEC lawyers and Adeleke lawyers actually agreed that overvoting took place, Adeleke lawyers only challenged the spread of the overvoting.

INEC na rubbish las las
They simple cancelled all the votes from those polling units that overvoting happened in.

You can read the electoral act for reference on overvoting.

Help us the lazy students with your observations when you do.

I'm particularly interested in this one because it will show that with or without BVAS, dagbo can still happen.
How BVAS didn't stop the overvoting is what I don't understand.

Hopefully the release the judgement sheet soon so we can see.

Ooh, okay

I honestly doubt there's any hope for Adeleke even if he appeals. This is the result of a court judgement in his own state which he controls.

The most common thing I've seen like in Omehia vs Amaechi and in several other instances is that the lower court usually gives victory to the sitting Governor then the supreme Court will overturn.

This one the lower court already ruled in Oyetolas favour, it looks like the case will be DOA at the appeal and supreme court.
Most likely. The moment overvoting was confirmed by the tribunal, there was no going back.

I want to read the minority report though, that's what will form Adeleke basis for appeal if he appeal.

I don't think Governorship election appeal gets to Supreme Court anymore, I think it terminate at the Court of Appeal.

What does this 2-1 judgement mean
There were 3 judges on the panel. 2 agreed to sack Adeleke and 1 disagreed.

They were voting late into the night at Ede when other LG had already started announcing the results of the election.

Adeleke will appeal the judgement anyways since it's a 2 - 1 judgement.

Adeleke - 290,266

Well, what brings customers/client to your product is the solution you are bringing to a particular problem.

Why should a customer use your product (A) over another company product (B)?

Even though it's a concept idea, it's better to look for a problem, then design a solution for it, that way you will be able to create a mad ass case study for it. (At least for us product designers, that's advisable).

The best route is getting mentored by Senior Product Designers. The main problem though is, the best ones are rarely interested in mentoring anyone. UI/UX design is a really rigorous field (as opposed to what many people think) because there are so many principles to learn.

You have to understand how to find the perfect balance between aesthetics, psychological reinforcement, and business decisions.

This guy (Erik D. Kennedy) has really good stuff on UI design: https://www.learnui.design/

Shameless plug: I just got my visa on Monday. I'm selling my house stuff in case anyone you know is interested. I'll be meeting a top product designer in Berlin so I'll ask him if he's willing to mentor budding designers.
Congrats bro.
