Danny was referring to the Igbo lady.
No hes referring to those attacking Igbos.

He referred to the lady as "foolish".

The point is that, if you attack some else tribe, they have the right to give it back to you in equal or more fold.

If you go low, we will go lower.

Just look at the mess on TwitterNg today.

An Igbo lady insulted Yoruba ladies (Something she has been doing consistently)

Yoruba ladies now replied her in full force Insulting her and her tribe, guess who they are calling tribalist on Twitter? The Yoruba ladies.

Just look at this screenshot. The person that insulted the whole tribe at first is "foolish" but those that now replied her back in same coin is who he is concerned about.

If you insult my tribe, I will insult you and your tribe back in double folds.

Because we are not fools and we all know that systemic rigging has always been a thing in nigeria, like, in every single election conducted in our history.

So you can't pretend not to understand the apprehension when we begin to see and suspect unusual moves in the electoral body.
I'm sure all of us want a free and fair election, abi no be soo?
Which unusual moves are you seeing?

If this is your primary reason for not supporting Peter Obi's candidacy, I get it and respect it 100%, it's a very valid concern. That said, you work with the assumption that these politicians are binary, for most of them, APC and PDP are no more than political platforms.

Peter Obi winning the presidency will for sure influence the results of the senate/HOR elections which will come after. Also, there will definitely be decamping from the PDP especially, and probably the APC to LP given the amount of power and influence that the president of Nigeria wields. Whoever is on the right side of the presidency and on the right side early enough enjoys more influence. Peter Obi starting out as a minority will not be the first time we've had a president start out as a minority in the senate and if I remember correctly, Buhari started out as a minority in 2015.
The presidential and national Assembly election is the same day.

The first question is how many candidates is representing LP in national Assembly elections before we even begin to talk where and where they will win or lose.

If you knew anything about your country, you would understand why cutting salaries of NASS members is anything but simple.
The Nigerian Constitution as defined by the NASS you're talking about said this about their Renumeration Package

"A member of the Senate or of the House of Representatives shall receive such salary and other allowances as Revenue Mobilisation Allocation and Fiscal Commission may determine" - Nigerian Constitution chapter 5-part 1 section 70
http://www.nigeria-law.org/ConstitutionOfTheFederalRepublicOfNigeria.htm

In other words the only body that can define NASS Salary by law is RMAFC

Now, RMAFC members comprise of
(a) a Chairman; and
(b) one member from each State of the Federation and the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja who in opinion of President are persons of unquestionable integrity with requisite qualification and experience.

By virtue of Sections 154(1) and 156(3) of the 1999 Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria (As Amended), Members of the Commission are appointed by the President subject to the confirmation of the Senate for a period of five (5) years
https://rmafc.gov.ng/establishing-law/

Essentially, NASS determine who can set their salary, not the President. So how is President Obi going to get NASS to agree to cut down on their wages?

If you spent more time actually understanding the huge mess facing that country, instead of training your gag reflex on virtual phallus, maybe you would be able to understand why a lot of us here are not buying Obi's middling soundbites.
Even the NASS salary itself will do shit in comparison.

The National Assembly budget including everyone working there and their capital expenditure is around 125bn annually.

It's not even up to half of what ASUU is asking for as salary increase.

Then the PDP has no case it seems.

Coz the claim is Buni caretaker committee oversaw the process that brought the Adamu NWC.
Their case is for Oyetola.

Oyetola candidacy was under Buni led caretaker committee.

Because Obi is competent.. Which is what the SE has always voted.

So it should be easy for you to realise that if the SE has set a precedent of voting other tribes over their own, why is the SE voting Obi suddenly based on tribe this time?

If Obi was in the PDP, the SE would have voted him and the party.

Surely that isn't too hard to grasp right?
grin cheesy grin cheesy grin

At the bolded, The SE voted for Atiku en masse in 2019, the same Atiku is still the candidate of PDP in next year election.

Are you saying Atiku is no longer competent and that's why the SE is going to vote for Peter Obi?

The same SE that has been voting the dross of leaders of parade. grin

Okay but isn't it an issue that the Buni led caretaker committee produced the Adamu NWC.
No. Buni caretaker committee has nothing to do with the emergence of Adamu NWC. That's what the party NEC is there for.

But we both know that PDP is saying anything Buni did was illegal.. Hence why Oyetola was disqualified at the high court.

And PDP didn't miss the deadline to file the suit.

In all honesty though even if apc ends up guilty, I don't know how such a judgement will be delivered lipsrsealed
It was Buni led caretaker committee that conducted Oyetola primaries.

It has nothing to do with all other primaries conducted by Adamu.

How come other South West states are not better than the Anambra and Enugu… Tinubu has been responsible for picking most governors in south west innit?
Lagos has so much money and the development seen does not even tally with the funds but then, this can be said of all states.
Some places in Oyo and Osun have not seen civilisation.
You ran away from Oyo

Y’all have used Lagos to hide the shame of the governors of other South West states
Before you scream murder, go to Owerri, Enugu, and Anambra.
Umahi of Ebonyi has tried as well.. now Osun has a governor that added up 95 and 15 to equate 100
I did not run away from anywhere. I was born and raised in Lagos. I'm a proud Osun boy.

When last did you go to Osun? The quality of roads in Osun is one of the best in the country.

Even the biggest critics of Aregbesola can never deny his infrastructural development. Go to Osogbo the state capital and compare it any of Anambra, Owerri or Enugu State capital and see the difference.
