I think Jose made the wrong subs. Bailly or a defender should have come in and we should have left martial to finish the match. He would have kept Chelsea worrying about attacking too much. Sanchez had zero impact when he came kn. Mata was excellent in the 2nd half. Rashford and Lukaku were poor. Maybe sanchez should come on for Lukaku in the next match. We're just not strong enough defensively for such a defensive manager that is something surprising about Jose. Set pieces really shows our lack of leadership in plain sight. No string leader. Also, i definitely prefer young to be the 1st choice rb over Valencia. Not a bad point but from a winning position it feels like a defeat.

Anthony fucking Martial. cool
Looking at the subs he made, we can’t really call it wrong subs considering the way Chelsea were playing, Those subs enable us to choke the midfield and match them instead of sitting too deep. It was just so unfortunate we conceded like that.

Honestly I don't understand what the problem is. Nobody can really explain why they always choose to be passengers every first half
I don’t understand if Mou can’t have this half time team talk with them before kick off. It’s annoying watching the first half.

The day this team realize that football starts from kick off ehn we will become very dangerous. Just a couple of additions
Tale of 2 halves. I don’t understand whether our manager and players doesn’t realize that the match starts right from the kick off. I felt like crying watching the first half.

I can't complain, we played with heart. We just need better CBs...Martial over Sanchez every other day.
When I said it then that we need better CBs, it seems as if I’m defending Mou. Whether Mou goes or not, we need better CBs than those we are parading.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by larride(m): 2:31pm On Oct 20, 2018
Maybe we should just be playing the second half only then. Play terribly in the first half and start to turn up in the second half. We are not serious yet.

These players are just too shameless. Each of them are just ball watching. Just standing as stature.

Nonsense team with nonsense manager.

Just as the commentator said, we making it too easy for Chelsea. So passive. No drive, no energy. Nothing.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by larride(m): 1:10pm On Oct 20, 2018
The way we are slow even when we have the ball is laughable. Matic needs to go off for Fred abeg. Martial for all is skills is not forcing any error or foul from Azpi.

Disjointed doesn’t even begin to describe this team.

The best coaches are the ones that are able to motivate their players to put in their best when on the pitch. Jose has not been able to do that here for a long time and that is why he should leave. This team is much better than this, that's why I never agree that Jose needs to buy more players to do better. I can permit him losing or playing woefully against some teams but not the ones we have played so far
One thing I agree with Mou on whether they sack him now or not, we need to get new CBs. Most if not all of our CBs are scam.

Very simple, free these guys!

The stup1t old Trafford faithfuls were shouting attack attack attack in the game against Valencia o, but now that we won Newcastle, they are saying that Mourinho is the best thing since jollof rice.

Abeg, why them no equalise last week against Westham? Rubbish!
There’s something different about this match that I have been trying to understand, even before going 2 goals down, the attitude of the players and fans were terrific, when we went 2 goals down, the normal Pogba would have just be lackadaisical and carefree but today he played his heart out, everyone apart from that useless Rashford and Matic maybe, the rest shows the true spirit of Utd.

The question is, what changed? This is not the same team that played West ham or Valencia. The urgency was there, running up and down, closing opponents down and winning most of the 50/50 duels. Apart from the result, I am surprised about the performance.

“From the first minute you could see we weren’t winning the second balls and our duels. It’s hard to take. It just wasn’t good enough from us.”

“That shouldn’t be happening. Games like this we should be dominating, creating chances, showing people why we deserve to play for Man United and that didn’t happen. It was very poor from us. Very, very poor.”
It seems Shaw is trying to take the attention off the manager. If the players won’t listen to the manager or play their best for the manager anymore then it’s only logical to let the manager go. I’d sell Pogba first and sack Mou the following day though. The players must understand that no player is bigger than the club or the manager.

ACCA alone, I reckon N1m-N1.2m over 3 years so about N400K per year.

Add Oxford Brookes BSc and MSc will push you between N1.5m-N1.7m.

That's paying for exams and course materials plus Oxford Brookes fee. No lessons. I don't think any serious person will need lessons to pass the exams.

ACCA used to have 14 exams. I think they just cut it down to 13.

With degree in accounting already, you should get exemption for F1-F4 if your uni is recognised, meaning you have only 9 exams.

After writing F5 - F9, you can submit your thesis to Oxford Brookes for BSc. This stage should take you no more than 1 year-1.5 years given your background. Then another 4 exams and you can submit your MSc thesis. This is an additional 1 year.

With these, you can establish yourself in Nigeria if all else fails, and provide the platform to get a job abroad when you go for Masters. Going abroad for Masters is not a problem, it is having the skills/qualifications to get a job while abroad to establish your stay there. Be wary of doing Masters abroad without Chartership cos chances of getting the job to keep you abroad will be lower.
Thanks boss. Link me up please.

Correct me if wrong but didn't you study Medicine?

There may be a 3rd option which is ACCA which achieves all of your goals.

ICAN is 3 years.

ACCA can be finished in 2.5 to 3 years picking up BSc and MSc from Oxford Brookes Uni along the way. You can then also convert from ACCA to ICAN within one year, achieving all the goals of ICAN plus UK degree and UK Masters and ACCA which gives you the licence to practice almost anywhere in the world.

If you are very serious, I can put you in touch with someone who started the process Sept 2016 and is close to completing the BSc stage. He should have full ACCA this time next year with Masters by end of year. He is a Nairalander also.
Thanks.

No I didn’t study Medicine. I studied Accounting and graduated in 2016. I am serious about this and trying to put things together.

To cover the 3 years, do you have any idea how much it’s going to cost overall?

My personal opinion, ICAN is a waste of time unless you have a job in Nigeria that mandates you to write it. Better to write ACCA..

If you plan on living abroad, its better to go for masters, find what sells in your new environment and go into it

If you are young under 25, You should be going into IT look for what is in vogue, some programming knowledge will help also think Data Science
I’m above 25 and I plan on living abroad, one of the reasons why I’m thinking of going the Masters route.

Why would you do Masters in Management Accounting?

Your chartership is what counts in Accounting and if you are to top up with Masters do so in MBA, MSc in Finance or CFA. Masters in Accounting is almost redundant.

That said, if you wish to get a Masters in Accounting, you are best going through the Oxford Brooks route while simultaneously pursuing ACCA. For less than N1.5m, you can gain ACCA chartership, with BSc and Masters from Oxford Brookes. I am currently sponsoring a mentee in Nigeria through Oxford Brooks route. He is currently writing his thesis at BSc stage.
Ok thank you sir Ibime.

I’m trying to chose between starting ICAN or moving abroad for masters while putting into consideration the opportunities available.

What would you suggest please, enrolling for ICAN or gathering the money to pursue masters abroad and hopefully try to job and settle there? I will appreciate any help you could render in this regard.
