Well, we played Madrid because we won the Europa and they won UCL not because we both play the same league, it was UEFA SUPER CUP and not a league match.

The first half was just "okay". Swansea showed strong passion and desire and we couldn't match them in those areas.

Our CBs (Jones esp) need to deal with aerial balls better. We could've gotten into serious trouble if Swansea made use of the 2nd balls gained after their goal kicks.

We looked sharp sometimes and could've broken them down with precise passing but our final ball was mediocre.

And the story could've been a whole lot different if Rashford was on his game.

Bailey must not get injured or else we are in for a long thing.. I think both Jones and Bailey partnership is the best we have for now (after Rojo and Bailey of course)

The second half is going to be different, Swansea won't be ultra defensive since they are chasing the game now. Martial should be introduced ASAP for Mata though, let's give their wing back something to worry about on both flanks

We struggled this half, thank God for the goal, it should settle things down and we can play our game. Mata for Martial please.
