What an interesting match. Everyone played their part very well. Bailey and Jones seems to understand each other better and dealt with all the aerial balls well...

This season is to be very interesting, it's obvious we have improved especially in front of goal and it could only get better. I'm so happy for Lukaku and Martial, wished Rashford scored tho but all the same, good performance. Matic gave a good account of himself.

Matic was incredible today. His break up play and distribution was quality.
Early days yet but this team has the potential to go onto great things.

Finally, a Carrick replacement. Still sceptical though because Matic always seems to have a tale of two different halves in every season he's played in England.

Martial needs to be in the team, abegi. He's still our only forward with the greatest potential and Rashford needs to be on the right wing if he must be deployed on the wing 'cos he's more comfortable on the right (the centre striker role is still his best though) and his crossing is the best atm in the team.
