adisaaowala: What does this even mean?
How would draws and losses help in the long run?
So it has suddenly become acceptable to finish worse than last season? How would that be a long term goal? All from the new manager first game, you don already see that we'll finish the season worse than last season. Oshey agba octopus. |

eph12: ETH had time to show these players he is the boss and he must play what has worked for him in the past. To achieve this, he must change the core of the team . He was warned that open heart surgery was needed. 3 years later, those players are still here playing week in week out. He even added his own bunch of useless players to the list. ETH will get what's coming for him Insha Allah, in Jesus name. Amen. |

We are just here to see how this players who can't be assed about a simple 4231 will be coached to execute a more demanding 343. Eyah as if its not your foolish bald MCM that bought a large % of those players. Amorim will implement his style, buy players that he thinks can play it and if he doesn't deliver, he will be booted out. What we will not do is start talking trash against the manager from his first game while you guys were comfortably making excuses for that bald terrorist after more than 2yrs and 4 transfer window. |

Just hope we won’t be relying solely on this style, else, we go too chop am. You are just talking nonsense about style since. Bros rest ffs. As if we haven't seen these players in other style before. afrodoc2: It is a poisoned chalice.
If he decides to do "No comments" the press will turn against him early and run their agendas against him. He has to play nice a bit to get a soft landing with them.
The main problem is the inordinate attention the Man Utd job gets. Other managerial positions don't get scrutinized to this level. If you watch the interview, he didn't really say too much but because it has been repeatedly plastered everywhere it comes out different.
At least he didn't say all eras come to an end. One important thing i like from his presser is that its going to be his way from day one. It is the piayers that will have to adapt or get shipped out. |

BlueRayDick: Waste management in Lagos is controlled by LAWMA(Lagos Waste Management Authority) , but the collection and disposal of waste is handled by private contractors under the PSP arrangement( Private Sector Partnership)
It simply means the PSP operators are under the control of LAWMA(the government agency) . So it is a public-private sector partnership thingy. I dey always pity LAWMA wey dey work for Ikorodu, those guys will need to work like 24/7 nonstop everyday to make it a little smell free. LAWMA is currently overwhelmed tbh. They need to re-engineer their whole operations and employ a whole lot more people just to keep up. The work is already swallowing them up. |

BlueRayDick: If there’s Seyi Tinubu , Gbaja , Hamzat and Obasa on the ballot for Lagos APC primary in 2027; One thing that is very sure is that Obasa won’t get the ticket whether he shows his hands early or late .
Except Obasa will kill all the Lagos GAC members before 2027 , his governorship ambition is dead on arrival .
The only issue Seyi might have is the fact that he’s a practicing Christian while dem Gbaja, Hamzat and Obasa are Muslims . Although Seyi might as well just hide under his dad’s religion but everybody knows he’s a Christian in real life . So it will be interesting to see whether a Christian(Seyi) will be allowed to take over from another Christian governor (Sanwoolu)
But I think Hamzat and Ghaja have more chances than Obasa if Seyi decides not to be on the ballot .
In fact, I make bold to say that Obasa has a higher chances of ending up with EFCC case by 2027 than clinching the governorship ticket in Lagos . Which of the Seyi? Seyi Tinubu? Lol He wont even smell senate seat talkless of Governor ticket. |

izzou: We are saying the same thing.
Hamzat was to be after Ambode. As Ambode comot, dem use Sanwo-Olu take complete that quota
One would expect Hamzat to be who is coming out next.
Abi Obasa no remember all these ones? None of Obasa, Gbaja or Hamzat will get the ticket. Obasa ke. Hamzat already forgone the seat when he decided to accept the deputy role. Gbaja will remain in Abuja. Tinubu will most likely not support a grassroot politician as Lagos Governor especially when he's not even on ground. The next Governor will be an unknown technocrat just like we got Fashola, Ambode and Sanwo. |

afrodoc2: This was the most significant coaching error that ETH made. Instead of sticking fully to his principles he was sitting on the fence tactically.
Playing high press (following his principles) while still playing a low defense line (going against his principles) because he felt our defenders were not pacy enough. This was the origin of the donut midfield and the wasted 2nd season that spiralled out of control and ultimately led to his sack.
I said it here then, he should have stuck to his principles (combine the press with a high line, compress the midfield, and even though the defense might suffer in the initial stages, at least the players will over time master a particular style.
Instead, every season the mumu was changing his tactics based on temporary situations. If Amorim wants to succeed here he has to implement a system that he will be consistent with. Those players that can't cope will be shipped out and replaced. Simple |

Its good to have so many scoring options apart from Donovan Mitchell.
Darland Garius, Mobley consistently giving 15pts per game and beyond.
They are Celtic only true challenger in the East |

afrodoc2: For the 2nd statement, it is because those who transition straight from Under-18 to senior team are usually the super talents already. That is why Greenwood, Mainoo, Garnacho didn't spend long in Under-21.
Having said that the guy has blood on his hands. Apart from the players suddenly looking bad, the team play is incredibly disjointed. MUTV rarely shows Under-21 games but out of the several i have watched from the start of last season i don't think i have enjoyed a single game. They can't press well, they can't string passes together consistently, and they are also very vulnerable defensively.
The team does not look well coached. That guy just benefitted from the form of Mainoo, Garnacho, McNeil, Mather and dem for that FA Youth Cup win. The current Under-18 coach Adam Lawrence, on the other hand, looks like the real deal. This is the best coached and dominant Under-18 team i have ever seen. What they are doing to teams should be a crime. Hopefully they will win the FA Youth Cup this season. |
