Hello everyone pls I'm about to get my institution to send my transcript to WES. Can i ask them to include a photocopy of my certificate inside the envelope? Is that acceptable by WES or i have to send a copy if my certificate seperately by courier?

Please how did you get a score of minimum 60/100? last time I tried, the maximum point I got without having a family member living is Saskatchewan was about 57. I'm interested in that Province. Please share how you went about it so I can benefit. Thanks

Hi Larrydamsel, can you confirm how long it took Lautech to process via the link you posted and did it get to wes without issues?

And thanks for the link, I've been thinking of ways to get my transcript from Lautech considering they are on strike. I requested my transcript from a UK uni last week, it was processed and posted out to WES same day....wondering when our unis will be that efficient

My situation is as follows: married with one child, have about 5yrs work experience though I can only get reference from recent employer, have bsc n MBA but both schools have k leg- 1 OOU says it's 50k, since then no response. 2 lautech has been on strike since. This implies I can't get my documents verified or transcript sent.currently writing ielts and I really don't know my chances with this new draw of 7hundred plus!
Would appreciate if someone can take me through the calculation thing perhaps we can just talk or chat through them once and for all. Meanwhile I wish that we all achieve what we have devoted our time,money and so on for...

Hello guys , please is it possible to apply with a savings account as proof of funds,
I have gtb savings and the bank is saying they cant give me reference letter for proof of funds,
only 6 months bank statement. And cic requires financial profile too.

Sincerely, I really don't understand your question. However, I will try to answer.

For you to get PR, you will need to apply to IRCC. One major route of applying to IRCC is through Express Entry. If you go through this route, your application will be done online and will be processed within 6 months (average processing time). However, before you can apply, you will have to receive an invitation to apply (ITA). ITA is based on your CRS score. Therefore, if you don't have high CRS score, you will not receive ITA and hence, you won't be able to apply. Most people with low CRS score are forced to go through provincial nomination route to boost their chances of receiving ITA.


When you apply to any province, the aim is to get a provincial nomination to enable you qualify to apply to IRCC. If the provincial nomination programme (PNP) supports Express Entry, once you application to the province is approved, 600 points will be added to your CRS score which will automatically qualify you to receive an ITA. However, if the PNP does not support EE, you will have to download application forms from IRCC website, fill the forms and send the completed application forms to Nova Scotia. This process is similar to the old route as you are not required to do Upfront Medicals, you will receive Acknowledgement of Receipt of your application 3-4 months after submission and your application will likely take over 1 year before it will be approved.

- if you are nominated, extra 600 points will be added to your CRS score. You will then apply for PR online
- Your occupation has to be among the occupation in demand

OID
- Being in the EE pool is not required
- if you are nominated, you will have to submit your apoplication to IRCC using paper form.
- Paper application takes longer time that application through EE
- Your application has to be among the occupation in demand

With your occupation, you don't qualify for any of the two.

Hello house please what the difference between SINP EE and OID for sasks province. Also my occupation (Accounting) is not on the list for the occupation in demand in sasks. Will i be eligible under the SINP Express Entry.

Hi experienced friends,

Pls has anyone in the house received Provincial Nomination Certificate from SINP in the past or knows how it works? Learnt it's not connected to EE pool and only require CLB4. With the certificate, individuals may then submit an application for permanent residence to the federal government. Pls can someone expantiate how this works because my profession is civil engineering. Thanks in advance.

I will suggest that you consider other provinces-Manitoba is just one of them and the major way to earn enough marks to being qualified for Manitoba Provincial Nomination Program (MPNP) is to have a close relative in the province.

Do more research on other provinces such as Saskatchewan, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, etc. Who knows, one or more may have need for your occupation. What is your occupation?
