But why on earth would you want to set up a TV station, when you can easily buy airtime on any TV station to air your shows? On satellite tv DSTV, there are Nigerian-owned stations such as Spice TV, Trybe TV, AfricaMagic channels, Trace, Channels TV, Galaxy TV etc., that you can easily contact and get them to show your programmes for a fee.

The wahala of getting broadcasting equipment, facilities, infrastructure, NBC approval, broadcasting frequencies, well trained staff (both technical & commercial) etc., can be huge.

Also importantly you must have installed software/plugins. I will recommend Presonus, the interphase is very user friendly. My brother and I started with Presonus studio 2 professional but upgraded to Studio 3 professional recently.
If you're based in Lagos we may perhaps meet up and take you through a few things

(4) U'd be able to run overNight sessions with ease...

(5)u'd be able to save n pay up for the apartment without much hussle...

I went to pay for a rent 2day for the music studio, a friend was advising me 2 relocate to Lagos if I want to go that far that I desire as a music producer

Pls what's this thing about this Lagos, can you elaborate a bit about music production in Lagos, what's the ups and downs,

My budget is one million naira, I'll pay house rent from the money and pay another rent for the studio from the same money b4 talking about buying equipments

What do you think about this, does it worth making such journey or is it a journey of self destruction because I know Lagos is tough

As per dual pc monitors .. I use them too....
It makes your job easy..... In fL the browser n sequencer is always on my left while the mixer and playlist is on the right ....
In ableton instead of clicking the tab button to swith between the two modes I just separate them on the 2screens to in order to get the best view...

N it helps a lot when you use reWire function too ...
You'd have both Daw's on their own full screen rather than switching ....

N as per dual keyboards ... 1 is a mere midi controller while the other is a Normal keyboard... Trust me you'd need it when the time calls for it ...Real keyboard n Vst synth no be mate atoll ... Real keyboard helps a lot ... Even those who produce gospel music cant deny it .....
