There are romantic ways to say "I love u" but "Will u marry me?" is the most romantic way to say i love u. Believe me

A surprise party with all her loved ones(parents, friends,ex-schoolmates,idol etc) in attendance. It might be difficult, but i can do anything for love. It would a surprise, not on any special day.
