Good is a relative term depending on d purpose (what u need the lappy for). I think a good laptop should have 256MB RAM, at least P3, 750MHz processor, at least 20GB HDD, fdd, CD, usb ports. U can go for a fairly used one. However u cant get it for less than N70K
