I think the MEND group are just a big joke, causing unnecessary commotion, in as much as the Government is not doing as much as it should for the Niger Delta people, but they are not even getting value for the little the government has tried to do.

We all know very well the case of Alamyesia (pardon the spelling) and James Ibori these are former governors who have stolen billions of naira meant for the niger delta people, how can these men be enjoying and walking around freely and the group MEND will claim to be fighting for their rights.

If you are form Delta and you dont have water, good roads, schools, hospitals its because James Ibori stole the money for the 8 yrs he was governor, same goes for Bayelsa and the others these governors are your primary enemies not Shell, Chevron or the Federal Government . If i hear one of these governors mansions were blown with Bomb or one of their kid was kidnapped and ransom was paid then i will know that MEND are really fighting a good course.

I have read with great dissapointment the comment some NLders have posted on this Topic soo far and i must made bold to say that must of the comments are ill concieved.

MEND of no MEND as long as a Nation remins one no one has the right to take up arms for struggle its called Treason, nd the fact that this guys have been allowed to operate freely is a serious mistake on the part of the Military.

This guys have change the landscape of criminality in Nigeria and has not achieved anything Tangible but spread more poverty, Distruction and slow down the pace of any possible development in the Niger-Delta.

The call for them to proceed to Abuja is likwise crinimal, are there not Niger Delta people living and working legitimately in Abuja?

The Attack on Lagos was the hight of it, lagos and Indeed the entire Yorubaland has been marginalised by the government and made worse by the SW Governors. Same Goes for the Niger_Delta. Thier governors are even worse with 13% derivtion, what hve they achieved?

There were serveral issues ranging from the impact of information technology to the effect of increased energy needs and impact on the enviroment. I cant remember all the questions now, but i choose the one on energy.

The Interview is pretty sharp, they ask you questions measuring your Capcity, Achievement and Relationship. I had my interview days ago. I heard some guys already got regret letters, am waiting for SRD.

The most important thing is for you to be confident and approch the questions asked with caution.
