Hi, to all NL. After my company sent me out for a training at Edinburg in UK, i returned suceessfully puting a smell on everybodies face. My boss who is married with four kids abroad want me to start dating him, giving me his reasons. 1. It was because i have interest in you that was why i insisted that the company sent you for a course at UK. 2. I LOVE you and might marry you. 3. I will promote you and increase you salary. after all his reasons I refused, three days latter he called me i went to his office lo and behold he ask me if i have finally made up my mind to date him i said i cant't date him because he is my father,instantly he ask me to get out from his office and my manager called me to his office and gave me a LETTER OF TERMINATION OF APPOINTMENT. I was not scared, i only took the letter in good faith and left. Now he haeard that i have gotten a new job, AS AN ADMIN OFFICER still maintaining the position i held in his company, tho, the pay is not big i accepted it so that i dont stay at home idle. I was told they want to bid for a contract but no one to bid for it,because no admin officer to pass instruction to the secretary to prepare a wining bid, everyone is saying how they wish she was still working with us.three days ago my ex boss, manager, boss wife, secretary, and the cleark , they have been calling me pleading me to come back and work with them. NL, I am confuse should i go back or continue with my new job. please advise. |

Hi, Sexual harrassment and abuse of power, to be precise. Over here, you could have taken the company to the Employment Tribunal for that offence, as well as unfair dismissal. Personally, I'll ask them to shove their job up their arses! Don't fall for it 'cos the sexual harrassment would start all over again, after they'd used you to win the new contract. You'd be much beter-off staying with your new employer and gradually work your way up. kiwi992. |

Peelovee, You should not think of going Back, because believe me or not the Guy will still have such hard feeling towards you and may likely keep trying or frustrate your life. Just enjoy your peaceful stay in your new Job and trust God for a Better one with higher pay. |

Hi pee, Only God know better and you don't know y they've sacked you but my view on this is that you should never think of going back cause it might be set-up or many more things we don't know cause only God know like i said ealier or pray over it. Try and be managing in your new Coy. and see what God will do b4 staying long there. Moreover you've gained in your first place of work, you don't lost so it's part of life experience. keep glowing. |

@ Poster Your ex-boss is unbalanced, narcissistic and predictably heartless. If you go back, he will win the bids, and come back for you in a way that may mess you up. Most bosses feel a sense of entitlement, but only whacky ones like your ex-boss throw executive weight behind their unwholesome appetite. On a light note, I hope he does not look like the guy in this pic

If you are so important and indespensable to the company then I will advice you to go on consultancy (contract ) service with them, with this, you will not be completely under him and u will keep your current job. OR Since your ex-boss wife is involve in begging you to come back then inform her and be bold about it to see reason why you were sack and the reason why u dont thnk of comming back. If he promised not to harass you again then u can go back |

Tell him "thank you" He just called on you because he needs your help. trust me the sexual assault will be more than the last time.He can never stop thinking of having sex with you .Have that at the back of your mind. His wife will also kill you too. You are not sacked from a place and you go back because they called you. Relax God will give you your own job at the right time. Your former boss is a big fool and people like him do not deserve mercy. Even if you have to eat sand, which i know God will never allow, don't go to him. |

I am certain you made the right decision in leaving that place with your head held high and your dignity intact. Dont go back to your vomit. That man is most likely going to continue to harrass you sexually. A company that was able to take you for training in the UK is a good one but i bet there are even better ones out there. keep sending your cv and gathering more experience at your present place. You should catch a bigger fish soon |
