J3da: hello famz, please if your money was collected without a good reason go and complain, i was asked to pay 1500# when i opened my account but i told them i didn't need their ATM card so i paid in 1k, it wasn't up to 10 minutes after i left the bank, i got an alert of #100 deduction.
Fast forward to 10 am, 30th December, 2013... I got an alert of 19800, balance 19800.
i had to call my Union bank relationship officer(account officer), and demanded for an explanation. She promised to call back, 2 hours later she called and said i have 20.800 as my account balance but 1k is for keeping the account active until i decide to close the account.

so please demand for any money deducted, it is ur right...
