kunkelhanspeter:Run oO I got 2016 direct Belgium for 19m last year, how can 2017 be 7m in 2026? Even Nigerian used can't be less than 14m. Invest wisely and don't buy v6. |
Compliant:Where in Abuja is that please? |
Thank you for the great job you did yesterday. I almost bought a Nigerian used car that was repackaged as foreign used and even when the dealer tried to compromise your man, he kept his integrity and professionalism intact. I will always recommend your service to people both online and offline. Also, thanks for the 40% discount on the second car that was inspected. |
There are businesses you can do with the 500k but you would need to use part of the 500k to get started. First, POS hawking as I like to call it. I have an in-law who told me she makes over N150,000 from every 600k cash. The trick is the more cashpoint you have, the faster you make your profile. Using myself as an example, I withdraw N30,000 about 6 times every week paying between N300 and N400 each time, that's about N1800 charges every week. Now imagine having 10 regular customers giving you N1700 4 times in a month, thats roughly N170,000. Then other random customers who pay N100 for every N5000, thats more income. If you subtract the bank charges, no way you wont make minimum N200,000 profit after paying your workers. Reselling of digital products. I wont be specific on this and wont entertain any questions... There are digital products that are highly demanded worldwide but there are few people with the products which are also limited. I personally make N70k every 2 days from one of my local customers and between $40 and $250 per transaction from different marketplace online. Finally, your skill/knowledge A man's skill/knowledge would always make a way for him. If as a Nigerian you have no bankable skill, knowledge or experience from childhood till now, if you're given N5billion you'd use it to buy McLaren Senna. Think about an experience you had while growing up and find a way to make money from it. You can always delegate/employ someone with better knowledge to do the job and pay them from what you charge your customers. |

DenreleDave:The condition is called Vaginismus. She should see a gynecologist or a pelvic floor physical therapist, for guidance and support. She should also read about and start the following: 1. Pelvic floor physical therapy 2. Counseling or sex therapy 3. Gradual desensitization exercises 4. Dilator therapy |
austinceasar:Alright, I'll call you soon |
austinceasar:I just called your number for this car only for you to tell me to come to Warri for inspection. Then you said I called a wrong when I reminded you that you posted the car is in Abuja. Are you sure you're not a scammer? |
austinceasar:I'll like to inspect this tomorrow. |
Standalone09:What lies? I'm at the 2nd car stand like this.

I just quickly went through your first thread and I must say I'm more scared now than I was few minutes ago. Since last week friday 23 May, 3025, I've been moving from one car stand to another just looking at cars before making a choice as I'm about yto buy my first car. My fear is I dont want to spend 15-17m on a packaged car cos it seem most car dealers now package locally used cars as tokunbo just to make more gain. Right this minute, I'm with a mechanic I'm going to pay to inspect a car for me but oga is using style to advertise other cars to me. It is obvious he's after how much he can make from my purchase than what he could make over time as a mechanic and for this, I'm not going to rely on whatever he says because just like the Kazeem you paid for inspection, he might end up making a deal with any dealer I decide to go with. Conclusively, I'm glad you got a better deal on the sale and congrats on your new car. |

I remember dropping my love letter to Nike with the gateman only for the abiko to give it to her in the presence of her friend and siblings. I wished I could disappear the moment the aboki pointed at me after delivering my letter. I will never forget the fear and how I ran away from home for hours thinking her parents would visit mine to report me. |
jesusjnr2020: I had a similar experience when I was in my JSS 1 but in my case the car lifted me as high as 8 to 9 feets. Before the law of gravity could takes place, the gallon I was holding has already crossed to the other side of the road. By the time I finally hit the ground, it was as if my head was spinning on my neck. Everything around was just turning on their own. To my greatest surprise, I felt no pain, had no bruise... not even a single scratch. The driver was forced take me to a specialist hospital just about 4 minutes drive from the scene and after series of tests, the doctors said the driver must have brought the wrong person then they asked me to go home. Only God could do that such. My second near death experience was in my SS1/2. I and some friends frequent Ogun river to swim which was fun. On that faithful day, the tide was very high and as usual, we were playing the tag game. When it was my turn to tag someone, I chase these guys for close to 20 minutes but were not giving in then I became tired. I was swimming against the tide, my hands were weak then I went down. The first time the water pushed me up, I looked and I was my guys placed their hands on their head. Going in again, I remembered there was a mystery rock close to the spot I was. We called it a mystery rock because during the dry season we do see the top of it and the size is just about 7 inches. Sometimes we would swim to where it is, stand on it with just one foot then dive back into the river. So as the water pushed me up the second time, I pushed myself toward the direction of the rock and as I go down the third time which no one can survive, I found my leg on the rock and it was as if God had purposely planted the rock there because of me. After taking a breather for about 1 minutes, I followed the tide without much effort on my path to the river bank. I still believe God planted that rock in that spot to save me. My third experience was when I traveled to Ibadan from lagos to write Jamb. On my way back to Lagos at about 7pm, the driver of my bus recieved a call which made him to reduce his speed. Within few seconds, we say flashes of light which we later got to know was bolts from the trailer that was beside us which was now ahead of us because our bus driver had reduced his pace. We watched the trailer drift to our lane which could have hit our bus off the road into a canal which none of us could have survived. My fourth experience was just about 4 months ago and that experience changed my perspectives about everything. It made me to realize that everything we struggle for day in day out, everything we love and hold dear, all the wealth we've accumulated are worthless if you're not being lead by the spirit of God. On that fateful day, I needed some granite at site but the people I entrusted the project to have been ripping me off and intentionally delaying my project so I decided to source for the stone myself. After negotiating the price, a trailer was called to load the granite. I sat just down the slope where the seller placed her tent and while the driver was reversing, something told me to move away from where I was as it was directly opposite where the driver was trying to park his trailer to load the stone. Within 2 seconds of me leaving the spot, the trailer's brake failed and I watched it crashing into where I had just left. It took me just 3 reluctant steps but here I am today. What if I had ignored the silent voice that said get up and move away? If no be for God, where man for dey? |
I don't comment on posts but you guys need to stop this negativity you've all been taught. Do you even know the true history of Islam apart from what you're told and what you read? Do you know how the Quran came to be? I bet if you do you'd turn into an apostle for Christ. Ibkhaleel01: |
MulticolourDeco:If you could ignore a potential client, that means would disappoint if given the opportunity to design my home. Best of luck in your endeavors ma'am! |
MulticolourDeco:This is lovely. Do you by any chance have a video showing the entire bathroom? I'd love my bathroom to be like this. |
Ayed44:You're on point but as you rightly said, an average Nigerian is fraudulent, when given the chance they'd take advantage of you and betray your trust. I tried this on my current project but to my greatest surprise, it was my spy that planned with the site engineer to remove N500 from each worker's daily pay. The act went on for over 2 weeks totalling over N105,000 before I noticed. The best way of outs to change workers every week. |
I can relate to this. I sacked my engineer and all his workers for similar acts. The most surprising part was that they all planned and agreed on how to delay my project so that I would spend more while they also make more money. Its better you sack then now before they sack you. |
Boss how's your farm journey going? |
Remag666:Screenshot is never a proof that the guy is legit. Why did he block comment in the group? You that's defending him might also be an accomplice but we can't fall for this |
DBestDoc:Sometimes you just have to allow people to prove you right and then you'll be proud to say "I told you so" This one is even a lowlife |

safarifarms:Thank you. |
