Follow these steps:

1. Try to insert the USB cord to another USB port, if it doesn't work
2. Try it with another phone, if it doesn't work
3. Change the USB cord to a GOOD one and repeat (1) & (2), if it doesn't work
4. Go and see a GOOD technician

Note the word in caps especially in step 4, if you Ama a trial and error technician like the one here in North West I swear your pc will suffer.

With the help of xamarin, you can build cross platform mobile applications (iOS, Android and Windows) with just one coding.

Drag and drop is the same in visual studio as in Android studio.
Very easy.

Google is your friend, research more.

Paystack.com is the easy to setup and I think their commission is 1.5% + 100naira per transaction while remita.net is not that easy to set up but there commission is 100naira I guess.

I stated it clearly that yes they might still ban your account most importantly if they ban it on basis on click fraud. Get a new domain, transfer all content to that new one, then remove any links of that ban website from it before even allowing Google to crawl it via webmaster tool
