Progress!!!

Today our chiefs were inducted into the medical profession and I went out today to greet them and collect food/jotters. As I moved about, I saw people(read girls) that I hadn't seen in months and I could actually talk without heartbeats or palpitations and I even hugged some of them!!

A month ago, I would be looking into the empty space behind a girls ear or looking at the ground while sweating and now I can laugh, maintain conversations and look straight in the eye.

I want to learn how to collect numbers from girls walking along the road, I want to learn how to spin conversations in any direction.

I remember when my introversion test showed 91% introvert. Haha, I'm so happy!

so what advice would you give to one in order for one to raise ones frequency?
(apart from reading and meditation) because I have been doing those for over 7 months now.

I actually stopped meditation in January, now I'm just thinking.

I just stretch my hands, put on my phone and then the time sync just hits me.

Some days I can see up to 6 or 7 in a day, some of them happen when I'm having philosophical thoughts.

This week, a grand idea just popped into my head and as I picked my phone to research it, the sync is just there on my digital clock.

I once watched a video that broke my sense of time and reality, 22:22 was the exact time I saw while contemplating wether to watch it.

I know something is happening but I can't put my finger on it.

Anytime I see a sync, I just start thinking about what reality wants me to do or experience.

Who also has such experiences??

My problem.
I don't know how to communicate with people, I'm 20 and have been moving alone since my life.

Now I have a new neighbor and I mustered liver to enter her house after 2 weeks of non introduction. I asked her name, Department and she was cool but I noticed from the way she spoke and also from the content of her diary that she was really intelligent.
