It's the same number on the website, it doesn't connect if you're using an MTN line. It goes through on my Airtel line.

I haven't received any email, when I called 2 weeks ago, they confirmed that a decision had been made. I applied for a 2 year visitor visa.

IHS (immigration health surcharge). It doesn't apply to a tourist visa. Just leave it blank.

Do they send refusal mails? Is this now the norm?

Since a decision has been made and you didn’t get any refusal letter, there is a high chance that you will get your visa.
It usually takes a few days for them to put the visa on the passport.

Priority since the 23rd of September? Now that's just ridiculous. If they haven't attended to those on priority when will they now attend to standard requests?

Hi All,

I paid for Standard and did Biometrics on the 30th of Sept, from the comments here it seems it's taking about an average of 2 months for collection.

I have a trip scheduled for the 10th of December, hopefully I should have received mine before then �‍♀️
