Do Access bank employ State University graduates?

Someone should just tell me now cos I received a success mail after my panel interview on Tuesday.

When am I likely getting dropped? Would I make it to training school?

I'm not from a rich background, I don't have god-fathers, I'm don't have a marketing background, I don't have any job experience, I made a 2:1 in Banking and Finance, and my dress sense is way too masculine for a lady.

I just need to know if anyone has any idea whether Access bank actually recruit graduates from State Universities.

Truth be told, state school is the least, but only if you're from a rich background. Don't blackout, give it your full effort. Please let us know how things turn out bro. I wish you success ahead.

You are right bro. And mind you, if you lie about your background. You risk facing an uphill task of getting more millions after training school as a target. And think of being in trouble of meeting unrealistic target for two compulsory years going by the bond you signed. But for the rich kids... No problem at all...

Access Bank is just one bank with discrimination. If you're from a poor or middle class background please don't be disappointed when you see regret mail after your wahala to have reach the final stage.

Mostly favoured are private schools, Nigerians that schooled abroad etc. So when you get regret mail after final interview, don't crucify yourself. Just know there are some wicked criteria they use in selecting their candidate. Few public universities you'll see their are from rich background. #Shikena

That is the more reason why their one on one interview is about your family background, occupation of most member of the family.

Finally, don't think I am here to discourage you. Am just preparing your mind to what is ahead. Knowing this would help some people to assess themselves positively.

For the final Interview. It takes less than 5 minutes

Why access bank? what motivate you? Why should we hire you? What kind of environment would you like to work? Mostly 3 questions.

This country is shit. The bias of the uni exist trully.. Its just bad... I dont want to offend some ppl here but they downgrade most public schs. Except some well known.

Still waiting. They said we should hear back in a week. So fingers crossed. . The critical reasoning is literally the least of your problems. It's 70 questions and has the least contribution to your overall performance. That's what we were told. It's really not that big of a deal, In my opinion.

hello my people, I did my documentation on feb 5, Audit. I got my invite for AC at exactly 2.01 pm today slated for march 8 by 8 am at their Gbagada Annex. Please, Help a brother. I hate the symbol thing oo. and what topic can someone prepare for , in terms of the 1 minute presentation.

I wrote the test today and was successful. The test was quite simple, so anybody writing the test tomorrow or any other day, be rest assured its not that hard.

did my pre-test chat @ ph today, did the aptitude test, didnt see the result but the hr lady said i was successful(the test was cheap anyway) she asked me to fill a questionaire where she told me to fill customer-service as prefered choice. I had to answer about 60 psychometric questions after the questionaire....did not see the result too. she just told me that i would be contacted.
