If by stage fright, you mean those first few seconds where you are unsure of yourself, then its no biggie.

If its the other one where you're fidgeting the whole time and almost biting your tongue, then this might help you.

Something that has always worked for me is exercising about 2hrs or 1hr before any presentation.

You could try pushups, jogging or anything that makes your heart beat faster.

The same sensation you get from stage fright is what you get when you jog a KM or half. Doing this before any presentation prepares you for what is ahead.
