Hayjaycity: Most gatecrashers on that day did not know that:
1. It is an interview, and going to an interview, even if it is a test, uninvited is unprofessional and unofficial and thereby automatically disqualifies for the job.
2. Before an invite for an interview, there must be a submission of CV, which signifies an interest in the company, and if you have been invited for interview, it indicates that the company is also interested in the you.
3. Gatecrashing only shows desperation and agression, and reasonable and responsible employers do not want desperate candidates as their prospective employees.
So on dangote's interview, gatecrashers have not only succeeded in wasting their time, but also the time of the invited ones, and the interviewers wch add to their disqualification. And personally I have never heard someone gatecrashed an INTERVIEW and subsequently take on the job leaving behind those that actually showed interest in the company by actually submitting CV.,
Though in my job-hunting days (without job), I have gatecrashed tests (not interviews) and at the end of the day achieved nothing through it. So I made up my mind I will never go to any test/interview without being officially invited.
In conclusion, to all gatecrashers, its either you learn from my experience or you personally experience what I have posted as you mature in the labour market, and my advice to all gatecrashers on this thread is that they should just forget about being called for the next stage, but meanwhile they can still come back to prove me wrong, if any of the gatecrashers is called for the training in zaria or whatever. #if all d reasons he listed are why he wouldn't call a girl, then why should he collect her number in d first place. Once you see her girl, and you aint tripped or impressed in d least..u should know it there and then, rather dan collecting d no and deleting it instantly.
