Russia make use of ISKANDER while Ukraine use TOCHKA-U. The Tochka-U is EXCLUSIVELY used and fielded by the Ukrainian Military.
The missiles used is from the Ukrainian land force.

The number 1 picture is the Ukrainian Tochka-U.
The number 2 picture is from the scene of attack.
The number 3 is the Russian ISKANDER.

The Tochka-U missile used was tipped with cluster munitions, reason for the high civilian's death.
