Actually, arguing with me can solve a problem.... It can help me help u realize how foolish your belief is.

1. Your forefathers believed in spriritism out of ignorance. Spirit worshiping and sacrifice didnt do any good for them. It didn't cure their sicknesses, it didn't help them come up with new technology. When the white man came with better knowledge thy abandoned spiritism and sent their children to school.

2. People practice spiritism and people also practice Islam and Christianity too. Some people call themselves God and it works for them too. Its called self fulfilled prophecy. People just look for reason to convince themselves that what they believe on works for them. It leads to delusion. Learn to depend on empirical reaserch and you will come out of that delusion.

3. And that's the problem. Muslims have come to believe that the Almighty directed them on how to reach through Mohammed through Koran. The same reason u think their believe is wrong is the same reason urs is wrong. Why? Becasue u just believe as a result of childhood indoctrination.

4. Ya right, the bible also state that God impregnated a virgin so that he could be born. It also said that God gets angry, jealous, regrets etc and act like humans, how deoes spirit act like human but is not human?

You initially opined that spirits only exist in the bible and i gave u instances why u must believe in the existence of spirit beings: that spirits have existed even here in Africa before the white men introduced us to their religion. That aside, i also told u why i have to believe in the bible, a book written thousands of years ago by men inspired by the holy spirit of God. A book that serves as a guideline to those with wisdom and insight? The bible prophesied of earthquakes hundreds of years before the earth experienced the first earthquake. So tell me why I must believe ur undocumented, inarticulate and irrelevant hogwash instead of the bible?

The bible? I have read the bible but I guess I didn't read it the special way it could be read. I don't believe the bibe is the word of God. I don't believe any God is a writer. If humans say God inspired them to write the bible a long time ago, why must I believe it? Why don't you believe the same God inspired Mohammed to write the Koran?

1. spirits don't only exist in the bible.
even before the emergence of christianity and islam in africa, our forefathers had always been inclined to spiritism. some worshiped idols carved out from stones or woods. others worshiped the gods and goddesses of the seas. and u know what, it actually worked for them!

2. today, people still practice spiritism all over the world. u know that, i'm not supposed to be telling u. if it doesn't work for them, they won't be practicing it? most times, sacrifices and offerings are made to appease these spirits.

3. Christians have come to believe that Almighty God is the highest among these spirits through the provision of the holy bible.

4. The bible states that God is a spirit, no eye can see him.

5. The bible also speaks of Christ, God's son, who came down on earth to atone for the sins of mankind by sacrificing his life. The existence of Jesus on earth has been confirmed even by non-Christians. Many other bible prophecies have come to pass, especially those related to the last days. We see them, we feel them. These prophecies were made thousands of years ago.

6 And so, we believe what we read in the bible.
